I first found A&A through a neighborhood FB group because we had bats (yes, BATS!) in our attic. Pitted them against some other local home solutions places, and we went with A&A for these reasons: 1) Their pricing was in the middle. Not too expensive that you think they should be doing more, not too cheap that you question what is being done. 2) Our inspection with Jeff was thorough and he was upfront that they aren't upselling us on things we don't need. Another company was suggesting that we needed to change our attic insulation. It's been about a month and we're happy we went with them. Alfredo and Alberto were great to work with. Quite possibly the greatest service experience I've ever had owning Atlanta real estate for 15 years. My review is specifically regarding Joselyn and Alfredo, who not only did everything possible to help me remove a crew of bats from a home I was selling in 3 days, but went out of their way (over a weekend) to make it as seamless, positive, thorough, and as stress-free as possible. Joselyn's coordination had me completed ahead of time with detailed photos, videos, & invoices to assure the buyer, and Alfredo's attention to detail was one of the most thorough displays of problem solving I've ever seen. This included providing a custom last-minute quote that tackled everything unique to the situation. They did all of this while I was located in a different time zone, and once again: over a weekend/after-hours. Can't recommend their services enough. Normally I would not take as much time on a review, but this company is at TOP of my list! I want them to be recognized for the amazing company that they are! It is important to note that I called 7 different squirrel/ wildlife control companies, I will also review, that just really didn't CARE if all my squirrels were all caught or not, additional cost for return visits was their business model. If you have had squirrel problems you know what I mean. You may catch 1 or 2 squirrels thinking that is it and then the rest of their family, come back to do even more damage! Most of the other wildlife companies I called did not have workman's comp or enough liability insurance. The squirrels chewed a hole about 35 feet up the side of my house, so I definitely did not want a company with out adequate insurance! In order of reasons why I selected them: 1) the OWNER of the company took a personal investment of his time to call me to go over options and make sure the right combinations of solutions ( cages, trapping times, careful placement of traps etc.) would result in a successful outcome. 2) the back office support, Bonnie and Avery were very professional and prompt in getting my insurance certificate holder request processed promptly. They also took a personal investment of their time to follow up with the insurance companies and with me to make sure I had what I needed. 3) Last but certainly not least was the wildlife technician himself, Gary. Gary's experience with how to place the traps in just the right place and when to go to the next step in the trapping process, made the job a success! He also did the hole repair. This was They caught 5 squirrels and were amazingly prompt to pick them up and take them away with in 24 hours of notification. This is even more impressive considering the distance they would have to drive in the recent crazy weather we have had ( 20 degrees and pouring down rain)! So if their was a score of "10" I would give this company a 10. I have hired many contractors before and maybe one or two of the above reasons exist in the ones that I have hired in the past. But when ALL THREE of them are as amazing as this company, you have a WINNING company! Their service pricing is not only VERY competitive, but Logical and REASONABLE!, They do not try and charge you for every little thing. I recently had an issue with squirrels nesting in the roof of a sunroom addition. The exposed crawlspace beneath the room also showed signs of wildlife damage and had missing insulation. I reached out for an estimate to address these concerns, along with repairing some siding and received a prompt response. Jeff came out soon after to conduct a thorough visual inspection and take photos to ensure an accurate estimate. The estimate was ready within a couple days, which seemed fast given the variety of repairs needed for the project. The pricing was fair so I went ahead with all the requested work except the siding repair; I need more time to budget for that, and the squirrel problem seemed more pressing. Once I accepted the estimate, work was scheduled for the following week. Alfredo, Alberto, and the rest of the crew arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by A&A and Tommy Lee. I requested a quote and heard back almost immediately, then arranged with Matt a free inspection at my earliest convenience. Tommy Lee arrived for that inspection on time, was very friendly and attentive, then gave us a precise quote for the work along with a detailed report with pictures and explanations. He was also the technician that returned to do the work. He was again thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would expect all of this from a well-reviewed company, and would have been happy with the experience. But there were some examples of excellent service that should be noted as going above and beyond expectations. Tommy Lee called to tell me he was 20 minutes away, then came in to say good morning when he arrived for the work. He also engaged my shy and cautious toddler, who then watched Tommy Lee closely from each window in the house all morning. He needed our truck moved down the driveway, and rather than asking me to move it (with a newborn in my arms and a toddler at the kitchen table), he offered to move it himself. He waved at his shadow often, as pictured, and asked him about his toys while running my credit card after finishing quicker than he had predicted. Initial exclusion was great! Stopped rodents from entering. After some housework they found new ways to get in and A&A was great to quickly come back out and recheck all the spaces including small ones and even helped with some quick little fixes and clean outs that were needed in the roof while up there. There're rats and squirrel in my attic. Had other company's free inspection before but they were over my budget. I contacted A & A Wildfire after reading the company's reviews and Avery is very nice, she helped me set up an appointment for the inspection. I had to wait for 2 weeks for inspection and another week for the solution service because of the weather and they were fully booked. Last Monday finally Justin Baka and Eric came in to sealed every possible points of entry around my house and set up traps in the attic. They did a great job. Very professional and friendly. Justin has been very patient and sent me the after pictures and explain to me because I wasn't able to be home during the service. Very knowledgeable! I was driving home from the gym a few days ago around 6am and saw about 20-30 bats flying around my home. I watched with shock as they all quickly flew up inside the gable above my garage!! I was obviously freaking out, so I immediately went to yelp to find the best company for this type of situation and found A&A Wildlife and Home Solutions. I called Matt and he sent his crew the next day to check it out. Alfredo, Alberto and Christian inspected the situation. Alfredo gave me a couple quotes based on the situation and we chose the more permanent solution as I do not want any future visitors. They were professional, friendly and honest. They showed me pictures of all the different crevices where bats and other critters could have entered or have entered my home. Best of all, they were able to complete the work on the same day! Thankfully the bats were not inside my attic, but just in the gable. All 32ish bats flew away one-by-one with a little coaxing. They added a drip edge with thick galvanized steel that wrapped around the edge and sealed the house from bats and any other critters that may attempt to enter. All the work they did on the home, looks clean and professional. I am so thankful that I will no longer have to worry about bats living in my home. They are the best!! read more

Complicated job was handled with professionalism and courtesy by everyone involved. My attic insulation was a disgusting mess following a serious rodent infestation. This company first closed up the critter entrances into the attic, determined that there was not an active infestation, then did a full "attic restoration" that entailed using a huge vacuum hose and a lot of hand labor to remove old insulation, disinfect the space, and add new insulation including a zip-open cover for the pull-down stairs. The crew went above and beyond, even tracking down my little dog when she took advantage of my distraction to go walkabout in the neighborhood. Although I spoke with two other companies about getting similar service (Exclusion Service), A&A Wildlife was clearly the best choice. All of the information Matt initially provided me as part of the inspection and quote was the most detailed as well as the most professional. Matt definitely left me with a feeling of confidence that they would perform all services as promised. Communication with Matt and other members of his team was excellent. Matt answered all my questions and left me with a feeling that he and his team had a great deal of experience and they all clearly wanted to do the best job possible and have a satisfied customer. I like the fact that Matt, the owner of the company, was working right along with Alfredo, Alberto and Christian doing the work at our home. Matt and his crew also had experience working on a home with our type of roof and took all the precautions necessary to insure that no damage was caused while doing the exclusion work. Matt and the crew were also very courteous and respectful of our home. When they entered our house to get to the attic to do the initial inspection and insulation work, they wore shoe covers. They also took the time to lay tarps on the floor, in the rooms where the insulation hose ran through, to protect our carpet. As the hose ran through the window opening they even placed a blanket in the opening to protect the wood/paint. They also took great care while doing the attic insulation work and even though this is in the attic and hidden from sight, I inspected and found that Alfredo not only made sure that he blew off the platform where our furnace sits on so that that area looks perfectly clean, he also took care to blow the insulation in the attic in such a way that it is smooth and uniform and looks like fresh, level snow! Matt also installed an insulated boot at the attic ladder entrance which has 2 zippers to allow entrance, but further seals the attic off from the closet below. My friend in the Peachtree Battle area SS had a well established squirrel problem in her home. I called A&A for her. A&A expert arrived on time, conducted an evaluation and proposed a solution with quote. A&A required a deposit to begin work. SS agreed and set a start work appointment. A&A arrived on time for the first attack to get rid of the squirrels. Barriers were installed and traps set in attic areas. It took several return trips to locate and block some very obscure places where they were getting in. I think the large older house was extra challenging with various places where the pests were getting in. So...The squirrel party has been stopped for weeks now. ...I waited to do this review. Weeks back I heard critters scratching outside to get in again but they seem to have given up. A&A staff always timely communicated if their scheduled appointment needed adjusting. They returned promptly to continue work to stop the many very determined squirrels. A&A has a warranty that can be renewed each year. SS plans to renew as there are plenty of squirrels in trees all around. read more

A & A Wildlife is wonderful. Everyone there has been so nice, comforting and professional. You think you've been hearing something coming from the attic every once in a while, or you see squirrels jumping from the tree branches to the high roof and surely that's ok right? Then you distinctly here a pitter patter of tiny feet rush by overhead and you realize with dread that something is in the attic or gutters. For us, we realized that the branch laying on the high gutter wasn't a stray branch, it was a sapling growing out of the gutter. The team got us scheduled right away, did a great job finding and removing squirrel nests, one of the nests consisted of dryer lent and a work glove! But it's not just pest removal, the exclusion process is more than you expect because they patch every single hole that a squirrel, bat, rat, snake or bird could possibly come through. They also put up metal sheets behind the gutters so they can't gnaw through to the wood and one-way traps so a squirrel can get out but not get back in. Then they came back to check everything a week later (because if the pests are going to try to get out or back in, they're going to do it that first week after.) And because there was dryer lint in one of the nests, when they came back for the one week check, they brought a new dryer vent cover which prevents any pests from crawling into our house to get dryer lint. Okay, I don't know how to update my review, but I earlier gave A&A a "1 Star" review due to them not calling me back. Since that time, I've been contacted by Matt with A&A twice. I don't know if he's the owner or not, but his determination to make things right has really impressed me! He told me that I lived outside his service area, BUT offered to come out and service my home anyway. Just to let you know, I did NOT take him up on that offer as that just isn't fair to that company and him to have to drive outside his service area. I say that to show you this review is NOT in any way a quid pro quo. The only reason for "4 Stars" and not 5? I don't know the quality of the service. But I can tell you, as someone who used to run a service business, if he's willing to go to all this trouble and time, they are worth a try. We moved into our home two years ago, and the issues with it haven't stopped since. We saw small droppings in our basement from time to time, but nothing we felt too concerned about. We figured it had once been a problem but was no longer active, that is until fresh droppings started appearing on a daily basis. We had several different companies come out to inspect. One said they didn't know how to fix the problem, another said we could fix it ourselves. Two said there were droppings in the attic while the rest said there was no evidence of anything ever being in the attic. It was clear to us that trustworthy pest control companies were hard to come by! Justin was patient, knowledgeable, and respectful and said he could fix the problem for us without trying to scare us into purchasing something. They were able to install a rat wall and Gutter Lock System that not only provided much needed gutter guards for us, but also sealed up the house to eliminate and prevent future infestations. They set up traps, and monitored them until all activity was gone (which for us LUCKILY was right away). They also replaced our old insulation with new insulation that was free of rat poop and urine.
