I had the keys to my car but had accidentally locked a steering wheel safety device on it while parked on a side street near my job, deep in St. Louis City. Brandon from R & R immediately responded to my request via Yelp and text, giving me a quick quote and reassuring me that he could help. He arrived in under 40 minutes and solved my problem with ease! He even recommended I find a towel or sheet to catch any debris from the job, which showed how thoughtful and thorough he was. Fast forward to today: I get word that a neighbor locked her keys, phone, and pet inside her car. I didn't hesitate and reached out to Brandon again. Though I wasn't the point person on the ground this time, I let him know someone else would contact him with the details, and Brandon made it clear he was on his way to St. Louis County. One of your drivers was parked behind me. When I tell you I had literally just closed my door and the driver honked at me. I opened my door and said "um you can wait until I'm finished thank you".
