I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I had hail damage repeatedly the past few years. My insurance company said ehh. not that bad. Our metal roof is right at 10 years old and I thought it would be a good idea to get it inspected. Based on their great reviews I contacted the company that did the original installation- Halls Roofing & Sheet Metal. I spoke to their Office Manager, Amber and she set up an appointment for Shannon Hall, the owner to come out and inspect our roof free of charge! Shannon arrived as scheduled and during our initial visit she confirmed my thoughts that regularly checking our metal roof allows us to catch potential issues early before they escalate. Her thorough inspection included checking for signs of wear, loose fasteners, debris buildup, and potential areas of damage from weather events. After her inspection she said that the roof looked good and her only recommendation was to caulk and reseal all vents to ensure water tightness due to the age of our roof. We agreed on a plan and made an appointment for her crew to come out and take care of the resealing. They were professional and spent a full day sealing all our roof vents. I am very pleased with the entire process- seamless, efficient, and cost effective. Call for estimate, sent over my info and never heard back, I guess they don't need the work!

Recently used Hall's for a roofing issue on one of my rental homes. Got a couple of bids for the leak and Hall's recommended the shingles needn't be completely replaced whereas a couple of other roofers gave high quotes to replace the entire section of shingles. Hall's said that in the event their fix did not work they would credit the cost towards a bigger replacement which was reassuring. Overall they did a great job. I saved myself $$$ and the roof held up through a lot of rain and storms that followed! Very happy! They also made it out the property in a timely manner so my renters were pleased it was fixed quickly I will definitely work with them again for any future issues with my rentals and my home too without hesitation! Professionalism. That's the word to describe this company. I got a great quote on a standing seam metal roof. Turns out there was a miscommunication between myself and them, what I wanted wasn't what was what they planned to install. Once this was realized they delayed the job without a second thought, gave me the number of a great framing company, worked with me to get a plumbing company to move a vent stack and even went out of their way to help me on an after hour call to move a trailer just so my wife would have an easier time backing out of our driveway! Never once did they balk at any of my requests, it was always "Customer First!". Done with a genuine smile and a handshake. Called and wanted them to repair two shingles that had fallen off. He said it would be better to replace whole shingle. Also asked to pound nails down around pipes. Said he would be back the following day, but actually came back 5 days later. Didn't know I was home, never heard any pounding of a hammer, guess he decided to glue the old shingle back on!! Called me, was surprised I was home, so I went out to talk to him. He continued to say he couldn't do anything more and said I needed a new roof! The roof is only 7 years old!!! Proceeded to charge me $100 to glue 2 shingles! read more

I called Hall's to get an estimate for a minor roof repair. They were one of four companies I called and the only one that returned my call. They gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone and had someone at the house the next morning. The roofer was efficient fixing the issue and took the time to explain all that he did. David Hall is the owner of Hall's Roofing having taken it over from his father. They've been in business a very long time. We had our house in Horseshoe Bay re-roofed in May of 2011 from shake shingle to a beautiful standing seam metal roof. The work turned out very well and Mr Hall was always very concerned that we like the work and were happy with the job. Once the job was completed, he didn't become one of those types of contractors that you can never get a hold of ever again. Mr Hall stands behind his work and goes the extra yard to make sure he provides really excellent customer service after the job. We had an issue come up that we were concerned about and Mr Hall responded in a very timely manner and took full responsibility for a solution, which was done in a very fine manner. I recently used this company to replace our entire roof. In the beginning it was a great experience. My meeting with Shannon one of the owners was friendly and helpful. However, once it came to getting the roof on and finalizing everything it was so frustrating! From the time we signed our contract (6/21) till the time we made the second payment for completing (8/22) it took 2 months!!!! That seems very excessive. Now lets take the one week it actually rained out of the equation...the scheduling of the roofers was not smooth. The office lady would make an appointment and tell us it may be delayed depending on house before us. The frustrating part was when they never called to cancel nor to reschedule. When we signed we were given the impression that the whole processes would take roughly 2 weeks. The supplies didn't even arrive until then and it wasn't even schedule nor did we get a heads up they were coming that day. When I would call the office to find out why the roofers were not there or to see when they were rescheduling no one would answered or return calls that day. The roofing crew was polite and did a good job. Then when it came to the second payment for completion it took them no time to come searching for their money or to call. But then they wanted more money than we signed for. Overall it felt like once we signed we were not a priority/nuisance. I wanted to support my local community but would not recommend them. read more
