They have a second floor, complete with a staircase leading to their pharmacy, medical supplies, and more retail. I was all up in their toiletries section where I was able to score traveler's versions for the essentials I needed. Customer service seemed to be a little slow, but for the most part was good about helping myself and others find what we needed. The NP is personable, listens to the symptoms you've been having and give clear rationale to why certain tests would be appropriate. For every swab that was taken, she talked me through the process and what was going to happen. If you can't reach your doctor over the weekend, Minute clinic is the way to go.
