Despite it was rather late hours, they were busy. I ordered their Tonkotsu ramen. It was good ramen...and I was glad that I stopped by. Tonkotsu broth tasted very good and soup was served "hot" in temperarure. Chashu Pork was nicely cooked - tender and tasty. There were plenty of toppings - nori piece, scalions, naruto, corn, wakame, bean sprouts and half-cooked eggs. I wish there was some bamboo shoots though.
