I was then directed to my stylist's station and sat there until there was only 15 minutes left in my appointment. At that point I asked another stylist to help remove the towel in my hair as I wasn't comfortable having someone rush to cut and dry my hair in 15 minutes. If their appointments typically last over an hour I could have made that work, but their scheduling tool was clear that it would last 2-3.
