The setup, the panel, the app for our phones: All were explained in detail. Shannon and his team are so down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and explain everything. (They will explain at whatever level each person can understand.) Safe Streets USA came and installed our ADT system the day we moved into our new home. The man who…read moreinstalled the system took his time to make sure the system was installed properly, and took care in explaining how to work the system before he left. He began to try to sell us additional products (at pretty steep prices) such as a smoke detector. I'm glad he did because when he took off the existing smoke detectors, they weren't even plugged in! We got a good deal for the second smoke detector. We had a false alarm after living in this home for 2 weeks and came home to the police at the door (our dog set off the motion detector). Proof that the system works! Overall, the monthly charge of about $55 is steep, but we feel safe and trust the product to protect our family!

A neighbor and I spent an hour trying to get in installed and smoothly working, I gave up and called Lee's Lock Service. They drove the 35 minute drive from Madison, spent an hour on it, using a Dremel, etc. It's incredible how smooth they made the door work from either the inside or outside. It's a pleasure to use that door now. I found out afterwards their technician (I think his name is Stephen) used to be a machinist. A perfectionist! The bill, even with the trip charge, was very reasonable. I expected it to cost more. What a pleasure to hire this company!
