Luna is older and no one knows what her life was like but she's very anxious and I will never be able to get her to a vet. She doesn't let me hold her or pick her up. I hoped to have her calm when Heather arrived. But Bella would have none of that and chased her from the bed just before she got here. Heather managed to corral her (nothing short of a miracle) and clip her nails in no time. I can't wait to tell my son about this experience. He encourages me to spend money on things I want but told me he doesn't like to see me 'throw it away' and that's what he thought I was doing today. Heather is the cat-whisperer...I promise. They give you updates throughout your dogs stay, spend lots of quality time with the dogs, and my dog always comes home tired from all the fun he has had. At the end of the stay, you get a "report card" letting you know how everything went. They also are extremely friendly and do everything to make you comfortable about leaving your fur baby. I can't recommend them enough.
