The littlest Angel (Sadie who is only 6 lbs and was born xmas day) is a drama queen (to say the least). Kristy would always say when I first started bringing her in to get groomed when she was a puppy was, ''she's trying to be good'' while being groomed. After a lot of patience and care, Sadie is a regular! They let you know if anything is wrong with your pet when you pick them up. 2 out of the 3 dogs I have had ear infections. I didn't even realize it because their ears did not smell and they didn't really scratch them any more than usual. I was able to get them into the vet that same day. Thanks Kristy!!!! She knows I baby and spoil my dogs and always puts little blankets in with them. There have been people that know other groomers that try to lure me away but I say, 'Hell not I won't go!" Luna is older and no one knows what her life was like but she's very anxious and I will never be able to get her to a vet. She doesn't let me hold her or pick her up. I hoped to have her calm when Heather arrived. But Bella would have none of that and chased her from the bed just before she got here. Heather managed to corral her (nothing short of a miracle) and clip her nails in no time. I can't wait to tell my son about this experience. While we were out of the country and our dog sitter got sick, she stepped in with day doggie visits to help make sure the doggos were cared for and got plenty of outside time as well which was much appreciated. After my groomer, who was coming to my home, decided to take a hiatus ( without any warning or…read morenotice) We were left somewhat panicked. That groomer also worked at a dog Salon, which was an option, but the recent YELP reviews were awful. Our dog is a puppy mill rescue, who had been abused and can be fear aggressive when confined with anything around her neck. She's never bitten anyone but gets snappy if you pull on her. So we need a groomer who gets that..... 95% of the time this dog is a lap dog, desperate for affection. She's also actually afraid of people and other dogs, terrified of cages,( she was in a cage for the first two years of her life)which is why going to a regular dog Salon was the least favorite option. So enter Furryland! We have had two groomers. Both were excellent. Both listened beforehand to her history and her trigger points. Amanda now has been her groomer the last few times and the actual grooming is terrific. She really did what I asked regarding her ears, which is difficult on a Doodle. Our original groomer just always kind of did it her way. Lol. But most importantly, our dog wasn't stressed. And before anyone asks, we have always used vet prescribed sedation to reduce anxiety. But it didn't yield the same results with our prior home groomer. So overall, the grooming results were terrific, the commutation via text while your pup is in the van is excellent, the personality and listening skills of both Amanda and staff have been so pleasant to deal with.

We have 2 Australian Labradoodles and if anyone knows anything about them they are definitely a dog that needs a groomer who knows what they are doing!! Missy took care of our first dog Lucy and wow was I impressed at the amount of time she spent with her and how much Lucy loves going there. When we got our second dog Tali, Missy recommended we start taking her early so she would get use to it. Both of our dogs LOVE going here and start whining as soon as we get close to the store. They both immediately try to get into the store and are always so excited to see Missy. I have recommended Creative Canine to any of my friends who look for a groomer. It is definitely worth our 30 minute drive. Won't go anywhere else!!!

No one, ever, was allowed to see the facilities A young girl who seemed to be a cleaner came into the room, no smile or greeting to me. I asked how she liked working there, didn't say anything but looked at the first woman who told her to go on. That was enough to decide I would never use their "services". I am puzzled that here and other review sites have glowing reports on this place (as well as many other 1-star comments). About their website, I think anyone can post photos and words to a page, but that alone means nothing.

I called and asked for an appointment and was told I need to send the paperwork and they'd call me back to schedule. Weeks have passed. No call, no appointment through the app. We aren't new patients. We've gone here for years. So disappointing.
