I decided to give them a call. I took Severus in for a full Grooming Treatment (which included a shower, haircut, nail clipping, ear cleaning, etc.). While I won't be doing the haircut again, I couldn't be more than happy with the service. The staff called me to let me know how things were going mid service and to let me know when I could come back to get him. I've already scheduled his next two appointments. Located in the heart of downtown on 38th and Payne Avenue, it's convenient to all local highways and eAsy access to and from work. There is outside and inside with no crates that I saw. They needed to interview her to make sure she played nice. I picked her up after 2 hours and we now have a day care boarding place.
