Our son brought in our vehicle for a QUOTE to replace the front brakes. We had already received a quote at a competitive business and decided to give Dale's (owner Troy) Service an opportunity to earn our business because it would be more convenient for our son rather than traveling to Waterloo. Troy provided a quote that was over $300 more expensive than his competitors but that isn't the problem. When my son received the quote Troy charged him $79.82 to receive the quote, nothing replaced or repaired. There was no discussion prior to Troy providing the quote of an "inspection fee". I called to dispute the charge and he said he would refund the fee only if we agreed to have our vehicle repaired at his business. Based on our experience, Troy the owner of Dale's Service is unethical and lacks integrity.

I can call from the parking lot and usually get right in. The shop staff is pragmatic and logical. I don't feel like they're just trying to sell tires. The prices are fair and service is quick.
