And that was the manager. The photos they sent were not the correct size and both of the employees I dealt with did not know how to resize them correctly. Constant poor service with Office Depot and inability to collect reward dollars…read more Now, needed a package sent out for two day business service. Never received a notification that package was sent. Two days (the day it was supposed to arrive) later, I find the package is still sitting at Office Depot. Called and spoke with a manager, they claim their store closed down yesterday due to an AT&T service failure. No offer to refund the "Two Day Delivery" fee. Advised I'd just pick it up and ship through someone else.
