Jade and Brittney were always so helpful with anything and everything we needed. The grounds were always kept nice and clean. If we ever had a concern or something that needed to be fixed at our apartment, it was quickly resolved. The maintenance department also take pride in keeping the apartments and grounds maintained. The front office (Jade and Brittney) always made you feel like you were friends and family anytime so saw them, even outside the office. I really loved how safe the complex felt too. If you are looking to lease in the area, look no further.

I was the one who bought equipments and air purifiers indicate the air is not safe. I took many pictures and showed to them but those were never considered. They offered me to transfer and ask me $850 plus cleaning fee. I did not want to take the risk since all their one bedroom located above someone else's garages. Yes, they have been texted and asked me so many time that I am more than welcome to buyout to move out with rude manner. I have all their text in my phone. There are so many issues related to fumes with management and the downstair neighbor but it is too many to list on here. Instead of keep blame everything on me with nonsense they should hold accountability of what they are in charge.

And I will say my requests tend to be on the unconventional and needy side I'm in a one bedroom that has such a wonderful layout with lots of storage and great unobstructed views. I have had very few maintenance requests but every time I do need something they're there within an hour and able to fix anything and everything I have a question about. There are a huge perks in living here which include having the smart home as well as the Amazon hub that both Amazon UPS and FedEx all have access to use so your packages are always secure. The common hallways are often cleaned and maintained to make sure everyone's homes remain nice! Management has always gone above and beyond to help me out and make me feel like a welcome member of their community

The staff was very helpful to provide information before moving to give me confidence that I was not getting scammed and the pictures and descriptions were accurate. When I arrived, it was even better than the photos. By far the staff here have made living here awesome. When you put in a work order, it's always an immediate response.

Now that I'll be back I was sure to tell my significant other I wanted to retentions with the complex! I first off have to say after reading any of the other reviews..I personally felt as though they weren't true! Management for one has always been kind and they were always so kind and still are during my new process of renting with them! I never heard a noise lining there which is why I lived the place! During the summer the pool area is so much fun even if you aren't big in swimming there's still a hot tub area and a bbq area which is my most favorite part for entertaining! I've never had any issues with parking nor vandalism like I read in another review! Every business has challenges but out of the 4 complexes I've lived in this is by far number 1 and they even help you save to get into an ivory home when you're ready!

Besides a few good amenities, I'll miss seeing the maintenance men, OJ and Izaiah! They're the sweetest and get the job done fast! The only reason why I gave it 4/5 is that the property could have done better upkeep and management, such as: paying attention to illegal parking or being a bit more timely on repairs of external amenities. I appreciate community activities and thoroughly enjoy dog days at the pool.

After five years of living in San Tropaz, South Jordan, I have to say that, overall, I had a great…read moreexperience. I lived in a two bedroom/two bathroom unit, facing east. I kept my apartment in immaculate condition over the years and therefore, never had any issues with the staff due to broken this or damaged that. Cassidy (Manager) is really kind and great to work with. I appreciate how responsive she is. You can email or call her and if she doesn't answer the phone, she'll m call or email back really quick. She is also pretty reasonable, which is a really nice quality for an apartment manager. The maintenance staff is great. They have a ticketing system on the resident portal. Once a ticket is submitted, it's usually resolved within a few hours, or faster depending on the priority level. Over the years, my tickets have ranged from: continuous toilet draining, stove issues, lighting by issues, carpet issues etc. the typical apartment living stuff. Maintenance workers are pretty nice, courteous and quick. They even have a "maintenance day" to give props to their work. For you dog owners - There is a policy to cleanup after your dog. There is a fee if you're found to not be cleaning up after your animal. This is one of the only issues I had. Owners didn't do this. Also, Odessa (another apartment complex nearby) - their renters often come over to San Tropaz grassy areas and dark park and don't clean up after their animals. Watch your step for sure.... The apartment itself is homey. Large and spacious on the inside. The wife loved the kitchen and all the storage space. We never had huge issues with tenants living above us. The occasional loud feet and stomping is bound to happen, but it wasn't over the top. When exiting your lease. Be mindful of a $200 standard cleaning fee, even if you clean your apartment well before you leave. We cleaned very well and were not expecting that fee. Con-service fee is quite steep also. Do I recommend San Tropaz South Jordan? Yes I do! I would consider them again in the future if my situation ever changes. (PS - loved the gym. Try to go on an off-time because it can get crowded pretty easily. It's not big, but it has a smooth machine, free weights, 2 treadmills, a elliptical etc)

We've lived her almost 4 years and have love our apartment…read more Our neighbors have been nice, sometimes you hear them. But not too bad. It's apartment living. The response time on the maintenance is quick. Cassidy in the office has been really nice and helpful. Which I would Give 4 starts but there are some downsides which bring my review down to 3. The down side are the grounds. People don't take responsibility of their pets. So there is poop everywhere. We live across from another complex. So those tenants come and bring their dogs and poop on our apartments grass and not pick it up. Unless we take video or pictures to prove to their complex then they won't do anything, They also smoke on our side of the side walk because they can't smoke on their side. our apartments are also smoke free so again unless you have a picture nothing can be done. Recently we have also been seeing a lot of trash. Which I don't understand why people are so lazy to throw it away. This is also your home. The trash is like few feet away. We also are sad we now have to pay for a media package (99) but it's because they added Dwelo which needs Internet to use the app meaning you have to have internet. I don't like it. It's not that great. Not all the light switches have the new capability to turn on and off with the app and the thermostat is the worst now. It turns on once and then never again so you have to keep messing with it. You do pay for everything here so be prepared. The rent shown is not the final price. I wish the club house rental was cheaper. 200 dollars. Not even the surrounding community centers charge that much and their bigger. We should get some kind of discount. Their business area where they use to have computers is no longer open. They have a small gym for most part is clean and machines work. So if you want a place with amenities this isn't it. If you want a decent place to live. So far we have enjoyed living here and hoping we can continue. Few minor adjustments and it would be better.

Lived here for 12 months and couldn't have gotten out sooner. While it appears nice on the outside,…read morethe crowd that this complex homes is not a crowd you can trust. The apartments themselves are decent, little overpriced for the aged appliances but you're in a very nice part of daybreak. I had caught multiple times people banging on my car as they walked by it in the parking lot, no connection to them, but when i brought it up to the leasing office they instructed me to call their protection services (located in Salt Lake) and they then told me they couldn't do anything about it. Fast forward a few weeks, new neighbors moved in above me and are making an extreme amount of noise from 10pm -4am with it waking me up in the middle of the night multiple times, which i was also told to contact the off location protection company. Nothing changed. 95% of the neighbors and renters here are people who you wouldn't leave your kids around with, they give dirty looks, leave trash all over the place, and force you to be extremely protective of your belongings, while living in a area where you shouldn't have to worry about that. I've lived all across the country and this place is easily one of the worst, seems to be very little care from management on safety, stairwells, mailrooms always were very dirty, pool and spa constantly closed due to vandalism, and multiple times a week people were out in the parking lot smoking weed - speaking for building 5 and 4 at least. I've happily now moved out and couldn't be more relieved. No more worrying about the safety of my belongings, or the next time my car would get dented, woken up in the middle of the night. Nice area but not a nice complex.

I have done maintenance for 30 plus years and I still do it today and if this was my maintenance crew I would have fired them for sure. This place is really putting a bad reputation on Daybreak being a nice place to live. When you have something that breaks they will fix it 6 times and never succeed but when they have to replace it cheapest is what they get. We had a bathroom cabinet door fall off with a really bad rusted hinge the work order with pictures was put in and they just put the door on without replacing the rusted hinge ...Because I did not put replace the hinge in the work order...what ever happened to common since it has surly left olympus at Daybreak. I had to call corporate to get some things done and they still are really bad at running a property you would think a call to corporate would help them see the light but it didn't. I was a Maintenance supervisor for a property in Sandy Utah and my crew never got hardly any work orders upon fresh move ins I have told and put atleast 10 work orders in little over a month that is really pathetic. When it comes to being clean it's not at all we had cobwebs the counters were gritty as you ran your had across them, the dishwasher was just flat-out nasty the carpet was nasty and really needs replaced. The windows were dirty as they probably was not cleaned for atleast 6 months to a year or more. Our washer is starting to make a noise but it will take an act of congress to get it fixed or replaced. The dryer did not work but they replaced it with one of the cheapest brands out there. I could name more and more but I believe it will not help. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE AVOID THIS PLACE unless they do some firing and placing but maybe the management company don't wanna change. If I could move out in 15 to 30 days with out to much damage to my pocket I would in a heartbeat and that is sad because we only been here like a month. Do not DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. And how many people are they paying to get 4.4 stars I DONT BELIEVE THEY GOT IT HONESTLY........IF I COULD I WOULD POST PICTURES
