Seriously, it made my OCD so happy to see the shoes lined up perfectly and the books stacked just so. When I retire, do you think they'll hire me to come stock shelves? In addition to second hand items, that I assume are donated, I saw other goods on the shelf, specifically toiletries that were brand new. Perhaps overstock from stores? These included things like shampoo, feminine hygiene items, vitamins, etc. And the prices were really good-like, what you'd expect thrift stores to charge, but some of the bigger players charge too much for. I appreciate that. I'm here for a deal.

Preloved, however, changes things up a bit. Various sellers setup their wares in small "booths" where they display their items for sale. Each one has a different style and range of sizes, making it easy to quickly spot what you're looking for and skip over ones you're not interested in. While I appreciate the idea, I think it leaves a little to be desired. I feel like the inventory is a lot less than I'd find in a traditional store. But it will rotate frequently as each seller comes to restock. I wouldn't mind coming in occasionally to see what I find. After all, that's part of the fun. But it might not be the first stop if I'm looking for a large selection of items to look through.

I'm talking a modern size 10 and feet size 8 or smaller in women's. I cannot speak for the men's wear. I absolutely loved that it was loaded to the rafters with treasures, but it did make it difficult rifle through the racks. There was a TINY section of kids/baby items & one discount rack I saw in the back. I did purchase a pair of earrings & a vintage kid shirt, but that was it. The cashier seemed bothered with selling them to me, which was not a great experience. Staff don't have to be exuberant, but they can at least acknowledge your presence & be cordial. I'd really like to say I will come back, but I don't think I will until they develop a GLP1 strong enough to make me thin like Arianna Grande and I gain enough outward vintage clout to charm the staff into a better attitude.

They had a huge area for stuffed animals and a ton of old trophies in the backyard area. Everything was displayed very nicely. Found an awesome boom box here for six dollars. I had been looking for one at DI for awhile now. It was a Sony with a tape deck and CD player-both work, and so does the radio. Great find with the cord attached. (most DI's take them off of the merchandise and then you have to find a cord that matches to plug it in) Can't wait to use this in my basement!
