This is a lovely consignment shop mostly geared toward clothing, but also has some accessories and…read moreshoes. It's divided into small sections where each seller sets up their items and then the buyer can shop from multiple sellers at once. Select what you want, try them on (yes!! they have dressing rooms!) and pay for it all in one transaction. The inventory is hit and miss; each seller has their own "style" as well as sizing. Some sections have only women's clothing, others have a mix of mens, womens and even children. There's a small poster above the rack that explains what you'll find in that section. I love supporting local folks and this is a great way to do it. The pricing was also fair-not quite thrift store, but better than what you'll find at the mall. I was happy with my finds!

However they legitimately had a ton of expensive name brand clothing for pretty low prices. The set up was a little confusing though. They have "stalls" and each stall has different types of items and entirely different pricing and deals. It's almost like individuals are able to rent a stall to out their stuff, but I don't think if thats actually how it works.

A few months ago, my husband was with me at the Creekside location and was standing outside the dressing rooms holding my purse. One of the women there rudely asked him what he was doing there. He was nicely dressed and neatly groomed and it embarrassed him. He politely told her that he was waiting for me while I was trying on clothes. She didn't bother to apologize. It wasn't rocket science, he was holding a purse in a clothing store waiting for his wife. He didn't tell me this until we were home, which is probably a good thing. I called the district manager about it, and apparently he didn't find it necessary to fire this rude woman because she is still there. I avoided this store for quite a while but I was in the area and went back a few days ago because it was the first day of their big sale. Nothing there has changed. The women there do not greet you when you walk in, my shoulder was about to break before anyone offered me a dressing room and when I got to the checkout, one of the women made it very clear that she was much too busy to help me so she sent me to a woman named Nancy. Nancy was impatient and unfriendly and rude. I was trying to look at the tags and she very bluntly told me that she would take care of it. She charged me too much for one of the blouses, but I'm not going back there to show her the error. I was trying to talk to her, but I couldn't hear her because the rude lady who told me she was too busy to help me was yelling numbers and information to another woman across the store. Really? This couldn't wait? The Foothill store wraps your purchases neatly in tissue paper and asks if you would like boxes for any of the garments. Nancy shoved my garments in a bag like they do at Walmart. I have two sisters who live close to that Chico's and have had similar experiences and now drive to the Foothill store. I would suggest that the Creekside ladies learn some manners and customer service from Susan, Linda, and the other ladies at the Foothill store.

Their inventory was full and extremely well-organized by season. Jackie helped me find what I was looking for and knew their clothing so well she could find things that suited my shape and coloring. I enjoyed being there and will always go there for great quality, classic clothes. Literally, everything I've bought there stays in my wardrobe longer than other clothes that were less expensive and more extreme. Treat yourself and/or a friend and go by to shop!

There were also a pair of ADORABLE 7s, but unfortunately, I couldn't justify the price- they were still $130 despite the "outlet" price. Their clothing is largely on the more trendy side- probably bordering on my fine line of what I find as being my style. They were great. they made every effort to get my colors and sizes from another store to meet my busy schedule, and they will even ship to you. When so many businesses are struggling, I can see this one growing, as will only the best stores. I'll make it a point to stop there on my Park City trips, I'm way up in Brigham City. I am so glad I got to meet the owner, Lori, a previous buyer for Nordstorm's in OC Calif. It's great to find the CA styles, and fabulous pieces.
