I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

We continue to shop and then they tell my mother in law that it was actually on hold for someone else and that they were coming to pick it up later. I speak to an employee telling her we will stick around to see if anyone picks it up and if not we will buy it and she was very insistent that this customer was "coming." My daughter waited near the front check-out desk to see if anyone came to pick up the bag the entire time and no one had come and then all of a sudden they said the customer had come, but my daughter never saw them take the bag out or sell it. It was apparent that the entire staff including assistant manager? knew about the situation and were all in on it. I'd really rather go to uptown murray or any other location now. I can't believe they would be this shiesty of human beings. I've recommended this location to my co-workers and friends which have shopped and sold their clothing items here, but I will definitely be notifying them of this situation and recommending they go elsewhere. Shiesty people aren't trustworthy. I'll take my recommendations, money and clothing elsewhere.

Most of the time the line isn't bad, but on weekends it can get out of control. It depends on the day, sometimes it seems like there aren't enough employees. I have had some returns to actual customer service lately and it's been fine. I've also used the pick up since the last time I reviewed as well. The pick up option is very nice and when there is just one item you want/need, then you don't waste time or get tricked into looking/buying other things. The store itself can get expensive quite quickly, they often run deals and such that I receive in my email. I've found it's better if you go in looking for a specific item versus just wandering around. Plenty of parking options, there are two entrances.

There is a lot of promotional stuff with these stores, with this one having to compete with several other stores in the same mall, so it is perhaps more a matter of figuring out where they fit in rather than delving too deeply into any specific focus. There was formerly a greater difference between the Orem and Provo locations as well and it looks more like they're moving towards a sort of cookie cutter dynamic, which is a shame. I imagine one day FYE might figure out what it wants to be, but it clearly is not these current days. Can be fun and interesting to wander these stores, but the experience is overall as light as the selection.

When I questioned the interruption, the employee became dismissive and turned away. when I asked for a manager, she acted like it was an inconvenience. With the Manager showed up she tried to act like she was busy while eavesdropping the whole entire time because she knew I was complaining about her.
