After looking at the reviews I called Green Cooling Solutions. They advertise not sending someone over who is paid by commission and I felt like if anybody, I could trust them. In the past I had a shotty company that said I needed a new system, which I did not. I got a text message from their system when they were one their way. When they arrived, I had the best experience! Daniel came in my home and knew what was wrong within just a few minutes. He cleaned some pipe out and my air was on again! He cleaned up, went over a few things I should look for in the future and emailed me the receipt from his tablet. Very professional. Had a "BIG " company come in after they just bought the small local company I had been dealing…read morewith. They arrived and conducted their so called bi-annual service. Never cleaned the filters, (2) units, in and out in 15 minutes. Said the system is creeping 10 years old, everything should be replaced. Two weeks later system failed. Called Merrill's. Prompt, courteous, informative. Replaced blower motor and review of system all good. Hard to find a company today that believes that integrity keeps customers. I just want to be treated fairly and Merrill's understands that. I highly recommend.
