I walked into jag thinking I would be making a ton of progress with my setback, however this did not happen. One of the new physical therapists is quite a handful. After asking a simple question she yelled at me saying that I'm "not working hard enough." As a patient I found this rude and disrespectful, I have been going to pt to get better not be bullied. Anyone who has had an injury knows how difficult recovery could be. It takes a mental and physical impact on you. This therapist comment really hurt me, considering the meaning that she said that "I wasn't working hard" when it takes weeks in order to make progress on injuries. I respect physical therapists for what they do, although her comment separated my perception to a reality. Do yourself a favor And go to a physical therapist that does does not bully you. -Karen

Out of network only will pay if it is in a hospital and an emergency and no one else takes the insurance. If you have out of network benefits insurance might pay for something but generally It is NOT for outpt at all. The practice would not get paid anything even for X-rays etc. so don't trash doctors unless you really know the story please

This scumbag place has a "policy" that doesn't allow them to do it . Not law. Not regulation... POLICY... meaning they just simply don't care enough about patients to do some extra paperwork. Glad they have the policy ..prevents me from seeing doctors that care more about paperwork than their patients
