They called and sent numerous letters. I explained to them I paid the $100 at the time of service. They sent the $100 to collections and it impacted my credit. Do not pay them in cash as they may misplace your payment and insist you pay again or threaten to send you to collections over a $100.

Dr. Loutfi is not only an experienced dentist but also just a nice person to be around. After several failed attempts to make a denture for me, I asked for a refund.
