She said they always did the full panoramic for new patients, but I explained that I did not want anything my insurance didn't cover. She did it and assumed me as a new paitent that it would be covered. You know the rest of the story, I got a bill for the panoramic that my insurance did not cover. So in my conversation with a real person I was told I had to pay it even though their hygienist said it would be free for new patients. It's just a huge conglomerate that is a money-making machine. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL.
