We already plan to send our two younger children when they're old enough. What keeps us so loyal to this preschool is how genuinely the staff and leadership support each child. The environment is warm and welcoming, with routines that help little ones feel safe and engaged. According to their website, they adopt a developmental approach where each child learns at their own pace, rooted in their physical, social, emotional and intellectual development. ers show patience, kindness, and real concern for every student's growth. I also appreciate the stability and consistency of their program. The school has been around for many years, and the fact that the same care I experienced decades ago is still evident gives me confidence for my children's future. The workers did not get out of their seat to monitor these children. They were running wild, cutting lines and acting like a rabid animals. At one point, One of their students punched my friend's son to the extent that he was in tears and could not even speak. When I approached the person who was in charge very calmly, she could have cared less. I was basically telling her so she could Address the issue with the child's mother (those were my exact words to her) and she could have given a crap. As a parent, if my child was a student at this facility I would expect them to be better monitored and told to do the right thing. Seems as though they have careless workers that could care less about watching these children. All of the staff sat on a bench the entirety of the time on their phones. As a parent, trusting a child care facility to supervise my child is very important and this place clearly does not exemplify a center supervising children well.

My son loved his class and his teachers and would get mad if he ever had to stay home Miss Kayla, Miss Christina and Mr Pablo were amazing classroom teachers. Mr. Matt and Miss Cassidie at the front office were so helpful and kind and my children LOVED seeing them every day! I do have to give some extra love to Miss Kayla. What a teacher. She goes above and beyond, truly, in all she does for the students and families. There was even a positive covid case in my toddler's class and I had no idea until I overheard another parent talk about it. Come to find out from the teacher that the kids were exposed to covid about 2 weeks prior and she was "not sure why they didn't tell parents." When I confronted the director about it, all he had to say was "I'll have to find out what happened and talk to the teachers" which I doubt he ever did. Between that and being called unreasonable for requesting that teachers share what they are teaching my child, I'll be staying far far away from Dr. Daycare.

My son is now graduating to Kindergarten and is already reading and writing. From the very onset of our time here, we've always felt like the staff loves our children as if they were there own. When Covid hit, we were reassured that our children were safe and they were. Tender Hearts approach was always to be as pragmatic as possible while abiding the Dept. of Health guidelines. We actually tried to move our children closer to home after my husband and I shifted to working remotely and we ended up right back at Tender Hearts because we learned there is no place like it.
