I went in for the full hands and foot experience--my first time ever. I don't have anything to compare it to, but I really enjoyed the treatment. While it's not something I can fit into my regular budget, I'd definitely go back at least once a year as a birthday treat. I received a gift card to this place from my wife for my birthday. I had already been looking for a spot where I could pamper myself in a more manly/masculine type atmosphere. This place knocked a lot of things out of the park. The staff was amazing from when I arrived as I had not been here before. I got a short tour of the different spaces and then got helped by my barber. I hate I don't remember her name but she was amazing (Latina lady with curly hair and tattoos). I would definitely absolutely love to do this again with a group of friends just to hang out and have a drink or two. The shopping center has parking nearby which was nice. Absolute perfection! I took my high school aged son to Hammer & Nails as part of his self care date. We were instantly impressed with the warm welcome we received and the decor of the entrance. We met his service professional and she was very nice and gave great info. As we walked through the area where they shave and cut, all of the barbers/stylists spoke. When we got to the hand/foot room we again were impressed with the decor. The lighting was perfect and the room smelled great. The chairs were comfy and the themed touches were nicely done. We were walked through what he would receive, offered drinks, and handed a remote (if we wanted to watch tv, I put on the football game). The manicure and pedicure was exactly what he needed. He said it felt great and his nails look really good. The highlight was the pedicure! He said the calf massage was fantastic and his feet have never looked or FELT better. Based on conversation with the staff it seems to be at the franchisee's direction.
