I was there couple months ago for a haircut. It was my second time and got a different guy that time. I asked him short clean cut and specifically and very clearly said I don't want to see any skin where hair naturally grows. He asked me how about the neck. I said neck is OK. After he finished and held the mirror I saw the disaster. Right behind my ears He shaved the hair about 1/4 inch inside the natural line exposing the white skin about 1/4 inch next to tanned brown skin. And he kept insisting it looks very good and clean. Behind my ears is my head bro, not my neck. Neck is all the way down. What part you don't understand that I don't want to see any skin. It is very clear and simple. Why do you have to go extra trouble and take a risk although I said it very clearly. I was naturally mad at him. I did not tip him.. I thought about writing a review that day but I said to myself let's give this place another chance. I was there one more time before and had a better experience. I didn't want to punish the whole place because of a misunderstanding by one guy. Today I was driving by and stopped there. There were 4-5 people inside 2 of them busy with clients. They said the same guy messed up with my hair is available. I reminded them of the incident I had with him and said I don't want him. Right then one of them said they are fully booked for the day and don't take any appointments refusing service to me. I gave them another chance as a displeased customer and I was totally cool about it although I was mad at the time. There are 20 other barber shops in 10 min radius. I went to another shop down the street and got a it done nicely. Because of the unprofessional attitude they, on the other hand, not only lost a client but also got themselves a one star.. read more
