For a long time, this barbershop was always my first pick. I don't know if it's because I'm a young…read morecat and maybe I'm not took as seriously as a customer when young or not we're paying the same amount for a haircut. i'm a punctual person and I have places I have to be. There's been on many accounts and numerous times that I can remember at the top of my head where I schedule an appointment for 10 AM and while I'm on the way, it'll get canceled or when I arrive on time my barber isn't even there 20 sometimes 30 minutes late. That is completely unprofessional. You can't be playing with peoples time like that and appointments that you've accepted on the app. In my opinion. I think the morning staff has just gotten too comfortable. There's no urgency just completely ridiculous.

Seems to be the best way to ensure a quality cut. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. There's a bathroom and lounge area while you wait. Prices are fair and competitive for a barbershop. I love that I'm treated with respect and I enjoy coming in for my haircut. Recently we've I've been bringing in my little toddler for a cut and he is not easy to handle, he's a heavy crier but Mario takes his time and is completely understanding.

I made my appointment with Johnny for 10:30 am. The Vibe was very chill and relaxing in the shop. The music was dope and everyone in the shop was cool. Johnny was on time with the haircut. He asked me what I wanted and began doing his thing. He was very friendly and attentive and very detailed. He asked questions to make sure I got the cut I was looking forward. He was all done within the hour. It was definitely worth the $40 plus tip I paid for. It's always a bit hard to find the right barber in LA but I must say I found one here in Lawndale, CA of all places. It was real easy to use Booksy to book my appointment through their Instagram account. I'll be back to this spot soon. I highly recommend SB Shave Company with my boi Johnny or any of the dudes here. Just book it early because the parking is a bit limited.

I didn't have an appointment but was seen right away. The gentleman in the last chair, furthest from the door, cut my hair. He took about 30-40 minutes with my haircut. As he was cutting my hair I felt him cut me over my ear. I've been getting haircuts 2x a month for the past 20 years and can't remember the last time I was cut. Once he was done he pulled out the mirror and I could clearly see a line in my fade. At this point I was just ready to leave cuz the haircut wasn't going to get any better. I went to pay and was a little surprised the haircut was $45. I gave a $9 tip and left. $54 for getting nicked and see a line in my fade. No thanks.

I made an appointment and they kept me and my son waiting for an hour. I was desperate because he had his bday the next day so we waited to get my son's haircut. He even charged me full price for making an appointment. They did not even apologize and I feel like they were intentionally trying to provoke or anger me so I don't come back. It was a good opportunity for me as a father to teach my kid about poor business ethics, respect, and customer service. No problem, we won't be coming back.
