The young lady at the counter was pleasant and checked on the price of a chain necklace for me that was on a shelf towards the back of the boutique. It was marked at $32. Lots of nice purses, Dooney & Burke, and necklaces and earrings. Fortunately for myself, there were clip-ons as well. Had I simply ordered online through the manufacturer, I would've already received my order. I canceled my order and received a refund without issue. I placed an order directly with the manufacturer for a slightly lower price and faster delivery than they quoted. I can't speak to their design services. I suspect this business isn't really meant for my budget (~$3-$5K for outdoor furniture) and more for whole home custom furniture/design purchases with $50k+ budgets.
