I contacted this company to arrange this in September and they told me it would be 1100. I signed a contract to that effect. This was about what I had seen as far as pricing goes from all the diffrent companies I had recived quotes from so I booked it for pick up on the 23rd of December. The person on the phone told me that it would take 10 days aprox for them to deliver the car which was perfect for us. I had to contact them repreatedly about pick up. They finally called and said someone can pick it up today in 1 hour. I am sorry that is not acceptable we need some time to schedual. Okay then tomorrow and it will be an additional 150.00 over the orginal quote. We will deilver it on the 27th of December. I was like hold up. That is not 10 days which is what we needed and I have signed contract that says 1100.00 not 1250.00 why is it changing. Well we don't have any control over what the drivers charge. WHAT?! No way! This is unacceptable. I can't cancle my contract because you will charge me 200.00 but I have to sign a new contract and pick up my car from a facility 2 1/2 hours away from our new home. WOW! I can't even tell you what a nightmare this experiance has been.
