He informed me the roof nails had not been properly sealed and were therefore popping up from the shingles and loose shingles. Since mobile home and no attic he said I need to protect Sheetrock ceiling, rain storm could cause major damage to ceiling from nail holes in roof. Longer story short had it inspected and photos again no pop up nails nor loose shingles. I was being scammed. He wanted $485 to power wash the driveway and sidewalks. I had done my home work this was exhorbitant, I informed Ruben I was disappointed and would not need his services. So, very carefully they moved this set onto their trailer. Wrapped the pieces & brought it to my home. Once there they decided how to move things into place they started bringing things in. They even wiped the dust off before they brought it in the house. Start to finish everything in place was two hours. The nicest guys I have ever worked with. They offer many services.
