The gentleman I worked with helped me to choose wiper blades after a snowstorm, which snapped the wiper blade I had on my car previously. He asked me if I needed assistance within moments of walking Into the store. I knew relatively what I needed, but the assistance was still greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond and assisted me by also install installing the wiper blades on my car before I left the store. He was also kind enough to help me remove some of the ice that had caused the issue of my previous window blades snapping. I could've done all of this on my own, but he made the switch so incredibly effortless and saved me a tremendous amount of time in doing so. I'm a former customer service manager, and I cannot express how far this sort of attention to a customer goes. Could not recommend the store enough.

I went in for a replacement bulb for my car, only one associate behind the counter at the register…read morewaiting on someone. Another walked by behind the counter on a mission with a part in his hand, no greeting or assurance that someone would be right with us shortly. One more associate shows up behind the counter at another register and ignores us but he starts talking to the first associate. At this time, we are not the only customers standing there waiting. It amazes me that there is no acknowledgement for any customers. We ended up getting the bulb but I've had way better service elsewhere and that's where my future business will be taken.

I had an engine problem a few years ago and needed a new engine which was covered by warranty. It was during COVID, hard to get parts, but everyone was helpful. Angie has been scheduling all my service appointments and various arrangements for the last few years since the dealership changed ownership. The only issue I see is that the place is too small, I understand there are plans to move to a larger location, but they have made the best of the space they have. I highly recommend owning a Hyundai and this dealership.

BEWARE OF SCAM…read more They add a $499 Security Guard Insurance on the cars they sell. It is a scam because it is supposed to be "OPTIONAL", but they don't disclose it or tell you it's optional. They hide it in the cost of the car without specifying this extra cost as optional. By law, they also need to disclose this on the sticker price of the car, but when I bought my car, the sticker price of the car wasn't on the window. Please protect yourself and save some money by not agreeing to this "optional" cost. I'm about to report them to the BBB and consumer affairs.
