Then when the job was done, they forgot to put the heat guard under my hood along with overall shoddy work. They never apologized. Said they'd do half my deductible and to help me out (this was before I agreed for them to do the work). Then when it came time to pay, they acted like they never said it so I had to pay the full thing. After taking twice as long with my car too. Just very rude and had zero compassion.
