LOL We had termite damage and had to replace a great deal of wood. I had the entire new roof treated with Bora-Care, then tented the house for fumigation before using primer (to seal in the Bora-Care) and installing the underlayment. Oscar was completely supportive of this request and worked with our pest control contractor, returning to complete the roof a week later. Some roofers didn't wanna do this and told me it was not necessary but that's what I wanted so I could try to prevent the return of termites. I did some additional background checks to ensure worker's comp and license/bonded status and everything checked out great. So I went ahead and signed the contract. His crew came out and did a superb job of doing the entire lift and re-lay within 3 days (started very early mornings and worked late at night). This also includes city permitting. I'm very happy with the repairs and the crew was extremely hard working lead by the project manager, Bulmaro. They provided the large trash dumpster and all the debris was cleared after the work was completed. I included a picture from the work in progress after they lifted all the tiles and installed underlayment rolls. This was mid-way thru the repairs. Kudos to Dale and the entire crew.
