He was very professional and respectful of our home and property. He put a lot of time and effort to get our roof in an outstanding clean condition. Rocket Roofing was a referral from a home inspector who completed the home inspection for the purchase of our home. We requested a roofing inspection to be done at the same time. Alan was very nice, professional, and very informative when it came to explaining the maintenance issues that he noticed and needed to be addressed on the roof. I was extremely happy with the inspection experience. Once escrow closed and we moved into the home, my husband and I decided to move forward with the roofing repairs. I left a message for Rocket Roofing and requested the repairs be completed that were noted on the report. Alan was prompt and got us on the schedule. Despite there being a slight miscommunication in-house which led to a reschedule for the repairs, Alan and Patrick made things right and got us back on the schedule. I've used Rocket Roofing for 2 different projects in the past few years. Alan is responsive, honest, and thorough. I don't feel like he is overselling his work and I always feel included in the process. This week, his technician Alex came out to fix a few issues with leak areas. We also needed a clean up a mess left by SunRun after a terrible repair they did under our solar panels. Alex worked quickly and thoroughly, explaining everything he was doing. He also found an additional area that needed a small repair. He was able to get it completed in one day and left our roof looking great! My daughter's roof began leaking during the heavy rainfall. She was very concerned as they bought their home a little over a year ago. I called my "go to" Mike Speiers at Elite Home Inspections for a referral to a reliable roofer in the Corona. He referred us to Alan Ibarra, Rocket Roofing. Mike assured me Alan was an exceptional roofer and very trustworthy. My daughter called Alan on Saturday and he was at their property on Monday. He conducted a thorough inspection of their attic and roof. He found where the leak was coming from and repaired it. He advised her to take a picture of the ceiling where the water damage was and after the next rain, should the area look larger, to text him immediately. I was out of the state before Hurricane Hilary was even on the  radar.  When I learned it was heading toward San Diego, I panicked because there were a few potentially problematic places on the roof, and I had a new tenant moving in the day before the storm hit.  I got Alan Ibarra's (owner of Rocket Roofing)  name from a realtor friend of mine who uses his company regularly and swears by him. He was very busy but managed to squeeze it in to come by and check it out on the Saturday before the storm hit.  He did a fantastic job of fixing the few questionable places and sent great pictures to show me what he had done.  I'm no roofing expert but the repairs looked bulletproof, and I knew I could count on it not leaking anywhere. I am giving them no stars because it was absolutely terrible working with them. I am surprised because they were recommended by Elite Inspection group, so I thought they'd be good. But they were terrible. First, they came out and only completed half the job. They were going to leave and not say anything, but luckily my husband climbed onto the roof to check their work and saw it was not good. We called and told them they didn't do the job they promised. It took them two days to come back!! Then, after this latest rain we called them to schedule work because we had a leak. and once they heard we had a warranty on work THEY DID on the roof they ducked our calls! Then, they scheduled two appointments and no-showed for both!! Absolutely horrible. Please avoid them at all costs. read more

We have our roofing warranty by them and during the past months rain we saw there was a leak from the roof. We called Alan and he gave us the most recent appointment and he was punctual came and fixed the gap that was causing the leakage. Horrible experience - unfinished work. Horrible " person who claimed to be a co owner / partner extremely disrespectful when I didn't approve of the work . Contractor on license Alan Ibarra - person who came out & claimed to be co owner/partner Pat Gault . Beware Someone who responded here isn't even the licensed owner instead a major loss to the company . He arrived w an attitude after I asked the worker if the boards are going to be finished as obviously this is not any form of skilled work . Investigations will be done by the contractors board on two houses I own NOT one as both jobs were sub prime & like . Don't fall for this - whomever he is comments and trying to pull the race card . The job was stopped as I said I won't pay for work like this it must be correct snd I have it on video and it will be posted all over SoCal media if you'd like to hear his way of doing business . I called Rocket Roofing to get an estimate on a needed roofing repair. The earliest appointment for someone to come out was in about a week. A date and time was set up. On the day of the appointment the person from Rocket was a complete no show. We did not even get a curtesy call letting us know that he would be unable to make the appointment. The result was a blown morning waiting for this guy. A company that treats its customers this was does not deserve my or anyone else's business. read more

I had 2 previous roofers "fix" the leaky roof with no luck. I had a 3rd company come and look, and they quoted me $1,700, but then they went silent and wouldn't communicate with me? Finally, I called Rocket Roofing due to the good reviews. They scheduled an appointment the next day or so and arrived on time. The owner (I think) Alan, showed up and brought his ladder to inspect. He told me that the tile, flashing, and paper underneath were all in good shape and installed correctly (not what the other company told me). He went on my deck (where none of the other roofers bothered to go) and found a small gap between the deck and false wall that he said was quite possibly my problem. He told me to buy some caulk and showed me where to apply it. He didn't charge me anything, and it only took 10 minutes for him to locate the problem and 20 minutes for me to repair. The bottom line is that the roof didn't leak during the past 2 rains! Total cost to me was less than $10.00, THANK YOU, Rocket Roofing and Alan. (Go Eagles!). read more

I recently had a brand new roof installed on my house by another company that started to drip brown sticky liquid residue all along the perimeter. I was referred to Rocket Roofing as a possible option for a roof inspection as the company who installed my roof did not know what was causing the dripping. I have a major leak coming from my chimney, which a previous roofing company failed to repair and also ripped me off. I explained all of this to Alan (who I thought was the owner), and how desperate I was to get it properly fixed, because the interior to my home was being ruined by water damage. He assured me that his workers would properly diagnose and repair everything. He came out to the job on the 2nd day as well and convinced me of this. Well, it rained the following day after their work and my living room was completely flooded!! I had to tear out all of my brand new flooring, the fireplace surround and drywall. When I told Alan about this he lagged in his reply and then claimed he was sick, and quit the job and left me totally hanging!! Zero accountability. Didn't even provide photos for anything they had done. Luckily I hadn't paid yet, but that's not the point. (I even had to tell him to stop emailing me invoices.) Apparently, finding competent and honest roofers is extremely difficult. Now I have thousands more in repairs and still have a very bad leak. It's really sad for me to have to write anything negative, but I'm trying to help others from losing so much time and money like I have. read more

Our roof tiles had some minor damage. We spoke to Alan to come take a look for a quote. When they showed up, they decided to work on it right away. Using our extra tiles but used their own mortar, they fixed it without charging us anything. It took about 15 minutes and it looks great. Professional and Fast!
