I had a very frustrating experience with this company. While the finished roof looks good, the overall process was a nightmare. They started my project without first obtaining the required city permit. The city eventually stopped the work because there was no permit, and the company only pulled one afterward. Another issue was the contract. They used the date they gave me the estimate instead of the actual date I signed the contract. When I tried to cancel, they told me I couldn't because they relied on the earlier date, even though it wasn't the date I signed. They also removed my swamp cooler without understanding how it worked and left a water pipe open, which left me without water for two days. My calls went unanswered until the second day. The craftsmanship itself looks good, but the lack of communication, poor project management, and the way the permitting and contract issues were handled made this a very stressful experience. I would recommend asking plenty of questions and making sure all permits and paperwork are correct before work begins. read more

We have given this company multiple opportunities to fix the issue that supposed they fixed the first time they cam eout over a year ago. Again the same leak in the same location and all they did was add some black glue on the problem. They have yet to come back and fix or check on the issue. They have canceled on us multiple times with excuse after excuse. Of course the first time they came they were responsive but after the issue was not fixed and they received money, we can't seem to get ahold of them to complete the job. I hate leaving bad reviews but what I hate even more then that is people taking my money and not doing rhe job they were paid for. We began having leaks under our solar installation (installed by another company) last year. That company was unresponsive and unhelpful. Someone from the Roof Masters came out and immediately pinpointed the problems. They gave me a quote but given the age of most of the roof, a patch job would have only kicked the can down the road another few years so they coordinated a full solar removal, re-roof, and reinstall of the system (we have 40 panels so it wasn't a small task). Everyone from the Roof Masters team has been the best! I initially had them quote for a couple of leaks. The recent heavy rains showed me that I had many more leaks. So I had them redo my entire roof. They pulled up the tiles, stripped off the old tar paper, removed and replaced rotten wood, fixed some weird roof angles and drainage then laid down a synthetic underlayment, installed the old tiles and replaced some that were broken. I can't even tell which are the new tiles. The crew kept the site clean throughout the entire process. I have only found a couple of nails on top of the bushes. Wonderful workmanship. They also installed a few additional vents to help keep the house cooler. Now I have a roof that not only looks great but does not leak! I used The Roof Masters to fix a leak on my roof. They sent someone out to inspect my roof and provide me with a detailed description of the problem with pictures. The flashing and underlay on the roof was causing a gap to allow water in the house. Roof Masters removed 720 tiles, replaced any wood damage, replaced the underlay with titanium underlay, replaced the tiles and fixed the flashing. I couldn't be any happier with the finished product. My roof looks better than when the house was built. I wish builders would provide this quality when building homes. The cost of the repair was fair and comes with a 5 year warranty.
