The staff were friendly and helpful, even during the morning rush! For you book lovers, it's the perfect spot to grab a drink while taking a stroll through the library, or take a seat outside! If you're a fan of cold brew or anything coconut flavored, you have to try the shaken coconut cream cold brew. You may find your new favorite summer drink, because I sure did. This coffee had the perfect amount of coconut flavor. The foam on top wasn't thick like a Starbucks foam. It was light and airy, which I think has much more flavor! The coconut and coffee flavor was a perfect balance. I honestly don't know how they would be able to make this taste any better. My niece and nephew got the birthday cake cake pops, which I had to take a bite of. Definitely too sweet for me, but if you have a sweet tooth - you'd love it. One of my favorite coffee shops to visit in NY is now in Center Moriches, no need to go so far out east. It's connected to the library. There's a few bar stools inside and tables outside. They have plenty of hot food options, along with yummy muffins and other baked goods. There's some tasty coffee options. I opted for the coconut shaken cold brew with coconut cold foam. It was a seasonal special and delicious. They have alternative milks, flavors to make your coffee just the way you want it. I prefer giving my business to this type of shop over the big franchise. It is comparable in all ways price wise and quality is overall better. read more

Nestled in the Center Moriches Library, this little cafe and espresso bar is cozy and inviting. It's a nice spot to read a book or get some work done while enjoying a treat. I had the iced caffe mocha and lean-n-green burrito. The drink was good, the burrito was average, and the baristas were friendly -- they were chatty with the regulars. Their staff is always friendly at Hampton Coffee Company; but it's a chain; like Starbucks, Caraboo Coffee, Dunkin Donuts, and the rest. Since it's a chain, I like to judge it against those other brands; and this one kind of falls short in my opinion. The only benefit I see, and enjoy about this place is that they're located in the library, and their store fronts are usually in old automotive garages. Which is pretty cool, especially in the summer when they open the doors up. read more

A few of the staff members I see regularly since I work locally and they are just an awesome addition to the experience. I've been a Starbucks person for many years. I always went to Manorville. There is absolutely no friendly atmosphere there. I go to Hampton Coffee and the coffee is superior. The ambiance is perfect. Two things the area has long been yearning for - a coffee shop and another lunch option. When we heard Hampton Coffee was coming to town, we were beyond excited. The new location is fantastic and has really brought a breath of fresh air to Main Street. The staff is always super friendly and the service was dialed in right from the get go. You can tell they really enjoy working there which makes all the difference. All of the food we've tried thus far has been fantastic! I go here every morning on the way to work in Center Moriches. I use to be a Starbucks person but once this opened I tried it and have not been to Starbucks ever since !! The coffee is the best I've ever had! I buy the beans to brew on weekends at home. The iced teas are also so refreshing and aren't overly sweet. The iced green açaí tea is the best! The breakfast sandwiches are incredible! The staff are the best!! Always friendly. Greet you by name. The place is spotless!! I look forward to going there every morning! read more
