The positives here- the design and decor of the building: full of light, cheery; the staff: pleasant and helpful. Dr. Baker seems nice, but during a checkup, told me I needed gold crowns on two molars, as they were cracked. Was asked about my credit score, etc, and informed the "required" work would be expensive. Decided on a 150 mi trip to my long-time dentist for a 2nd opinion, as I received regular checkups and hygiene appointments, wore night guard, etc. After detailed exam, no cracks were found. Still no cracks years later, but the sting of the mis-diagnosis (or outright scam attempt) lingers. Too bad that honesty isn't a cornerstone here. Or is it a lack of technical skill? The reviews I read here are old. There is no Dr. Baker at this location any longer. I saw Dr. Weiler in 2021 for the first time. I had eye teeth that were chipping and blackened from old fillings showing through. I am a senior, have always taken care of my teeth and hygiene and I blame my need for dental work on age. Teeth wear. I met Dr. Weiler to discuss what could be done to correct my smile. He suggested caps on all 6 teeth including my 2 front teeth so they would be matched in appearance and color. I chose to keep my 2 front teeth intact and cap the teeth on either side without root canal as we discussed it was not necessary. Dr. Weiler made me feel very comfortable in our conversation and genuinely interested in my thoughts. The suggestion of 6 instead of 4 is why I did not rate 5 star. Don't be afraid to speak up. We also discussed cost and arranged I would pay what my dental plan stated as full payment. We proceeded, one tooth corrected, one payment in full. I am so happy with my new smile. Dr. Weiler assured me if tooth is not satisfactory we send it back, which was necessary for one tooth in color variation. He numbed me each time like no other dentist. I could visit his office without breaking into cold sweat as my previous dental experience. Gel, small prick, pause and complete. Caps are made of Titanium, there is no metal in the product. I think he is great and happy to write my review. I was referred by my neighbor. A second neighbor also makes Dr. Weiler her dentist. We wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

0 Stars!!! Stay far away from this place. Full of liars. Told me I had 2 cavities, needed wisdom teeth pulled and needed sealant on 12 teeth. After they told me this I couldnt believe it I had never had a cavity in my life. I went to a family friend who is a dentist and guess what, he said my teeth were perfect. No cavities and I didnt need any work done. This place is full of thieves looking to steal your money. read more

She did work that did not to be done, told me I needed gum work, 2 two root canals and bone work. I had no symptoms, she drilled my teeth out then told me all of this! When at first she told me I just had some surface cavities. I had NO SYMPTOMS what so ever and I go to get cleanings every 6 months, and x-rays every year, how could I have these horrendous issues! She put me on this schedule that was going to take 5 months to complete. It was going to cost $5,000+ I then went to another dentist for a second opinion because none of this felt right. He was floored, I ended up needing a crown for the one tooth she drilled because she drilled it so deep and the other tooth only needed to be filled, I did NOT NEED two root canals, he said my gums were beautiful and I had not a thing wrong with my bone! Dr. Baker is a perfectionist. I had a series of work done, catching up on years of teeth neglect--including a crown, an implant, and 6 cavities filled. When she discovered that the crown was not quite right, she is correcting it at her own expense. I was surprised that there was a (slight) flaw, but not that she insisted that it be perfect. In addition, I actually have fun going there-- everyone is so warm and friendly I practically forget the discomfort! read more

Went here for a cleaning because it was 5 minutes from my house. Was told I had 2 cavities, needed my wisdom teeth pulled, needed $800 worth of sealant (I'm 23, not a child!), and I grinded my teeth while I sleep so they needed to do a sleep study on me. Having never had a cavity in my entire life and having an excellent oral care regime, I smelled the BS! I then went to a dentist who is a friend of our family who worked at an office an hour away (which is why I thought I could get away with a simple cleaning at Hampton Dentistry). After telling him what Hampton Dentistry told me, he looked over my teeth and took his own xrays. He came back and told me my teeth were PERFECT! NO CAVITIES, NO SEALANT NEEDED, WISDOM TEETH HAD GROWN IN FINE, AND I DID NOT GRIND MY TEETH! STAY AWAY FROM HAMPTON DENTISTRY! Liars and thieves! read more
