If this isn't your situation, this review may not be as helpful for you. We arrived relatively late since we were on a road trip and had to hit Doe's. Yes, it was amazing, but anyway, back to the review. Because we arrived later, the parking area was pretty well full. I parked under the overhang, checked in, sent the kds to the room, and parked far, far away. The good new though? There were still actual parking spots and doors on the side that I could access with the key. The room was clean and well laid out. The HVAC worked as it should, there were plenty of towels, and water pressure was fine. One of the kids forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a replacement. Breakfast in the morning is what you would expect. Solid choices and fresh coffee. I have found Fairfields to be hit or miss. This was a hit and I would gladly stay here again.

On a Friday night it is very dangerous. Don't be fooled and think you can go through the light and sneak in through the Golden Coral parking lot. It doesn't work. The staff is really nice. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are about the size you would expect. For a two star motel, the rooms themselves seem better than you would expect to get. Literally my only complaint about the motel itself would be the toilet seat needed to be tightened.

When we took our shoes off our white socks were covered in black dog hair and so much dirt that it was caked on our socks. I went to the office to report it and was told they didn't have housekeeping. I asked if I could get a mop to mop it myself and was told no. We weren't even offered a different room. We were there for 3 days for a family member who in the and didn't have time to worry about changing hotels and shouldn't have had to. So I took all the towels and wet them in the shower and pushed them around the room with my feet to get as much of the filth up as I could. I told the front desk I had to do it and showed her the towels as proof of the filth on the floor. Her response was "we have good bleach for the towels. Before we left I finally talked with some man who claimed to be the manager or owner or something like that. He called me a liar and said we dirty the towels ourselves and that his floors are steam cleaned. I told him I would no allow his BS of blaming us and had proof of the filth and nasty towels. I have never been so pissed. This nasty place needs shut down and this manager and the dam employees that refused to clean this nasty room should be fired. I have the pictures to prove this !

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced…read more When we arrived, our room was approximately 80 degrees and extremely humid. The sheets felt damp from the heat and moisture, which made the room feel dirty and uncomfortable from the beginning. The shower would not drain, so we had to stand in dirty, backed-up water while showering. The hotel also had a strong, unpleasant body-odor smell. A staff member came to our room to fix the television, but his body odor was so strong that I did not feel comfortable asking him to return to address the other problems. The lobby was also extremely hot. Although breakfast was included, I did not feel comfortable eating the food because of the heat and the overall condition of the hotel. I filed a complaint and requested a refund, but I have been given the runaround instead of receiving a clear resolution. These were not minor inconveniences. The room was hot and humid, the bedding felt damp, the shower was unsanitary, and the hotel smelled terrible. On top of that the soap dispensers were watered down. I would not stay at this location again, and I cannot recommend it to others.

The hotel is clean and the rooms as well as the rest of the hotel is well appointed and maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You have relatively quick access to the freeway and the downtown area from the hotel. Water pressure in the shower was good. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The thermostat was easy to use and the blinds did a great job of keeping the sun out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Previously, a lot of Microtels didn't seem decent enough to stay. I thought they maybe too cheap and staff don't take good care of the property or customers. Not here. Let me start by sharing with you that they did full renovations in 2024. They completed their final phase few months ago with the lobby. The staff, honestly, treated me like I checked into a high-end hotel. Very polite, helpful and generous. HOSPITALITY: I originally was only going to stay overnight for business trip. But then, I booked twelve hours earlier before check-in for second night. When I asked, "Could I stay in same room the second night without checking out?" She replied, "Yes you can. I will put a note down, but please mention to the morning staff for verification." Sure enough, next morning I confirmed to stay in same room. No hassle at all. That's how true hotel hospitality supposed to be. No matter the price you pay. ROOM: Room. OMG! I was surprised how spacious, brightly lit and nice it was. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Very generous portion of towels. My room was superb. BREAKFAST: They have the coolest pancakes maker. With one push of a button and a minute later, you get two pancakes. I had to try it and take video of it. Pancakes were ok, not great. It could definitely be better if they increase the oven heat. They were too pale for my liking. But, I don't really eat pancakes much. Breakfast was good. Not a lot of options but I give them credit for doing their best. I got a cheese omelette. Mine was cold, since it was the only one left in tray warmer. They later brought more. I would definitely recommend it here. It's a great location. I'm looking forward to returning here.

I was told that was not a pet friendly room they would move us but I would be charged extra for a cleaning fee and pet fee. I told them ok but we was going to check out. The person at desk didn't know how to do check-outs. Plus I would still be charged full price for the room. Plus I let front desk know that the mini frig was leak water so bad that it had soaked the carpet all the way to the bed. Needless to say I was charged $256 for 4 hours... We will not return to this hotel!
