Huge thank you to the manager Trevin & his team at the Hampton Spanish Fork. We were traveling through & our car broke down late at night, we were cold, tired & stressed. Miss Teia welcomed us in gave us a room to accommodate our family made sure we had everything we needed was very helpful kind & understanding. Ms.Debbie made sure we filled our stomachs the next morning at their complimentary breakfast buffet that we all enjoyed & was so thankful for especially since we couldn't drive anywhere. In a stressful uncertain situation Mr. Trevin went out of his way to accommodate our family and made sure we were taken care of over & beyond. He truly cared about our safety & well being, Trevin & his team made us feel like we were staying with family instead of strangers. Booked this hotel last minute. Checked in really late (3am to be exact) due to driving up from Las Vegas. Check in was fast, got our keys and headed straight to a clean and spacious enough room for me and my son. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and normally the ac unit is loud but I have to say, this one worked great and cooked the room fast. Would stay here again. read more

The front desk people were so kind. Our room was clean and ready upon arrival. I needed to extend the room and the front desk was very accommodating. We were recently in CA at another Hilton property that did not clean your room daily...ugh... I was so happy I was back in Utah this trip. Great location if you are visiting the Provo/Orem area or headed to/from Vegas. Lots of amenities very close-by, like Walmart, Costco, many full service and fast food restaurants. Minor issue I was having with keeping the room at an optimal temperature, but nothing really that would keep me from coming back. Free breakfast and coffee in the AM, too. read more

Our room was great. Everything seemed brand new and sparkling clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities in the room was just what we needed to make our one night stay very pleasant. The rate was a little on the high side, but I do feel we received good value. Staff at the hotel were professional and friendly. We would stay there again. read more

Stayed here on a business trip. Very nice, clean and friendly staff. My room was a mini suite that laid out very well. Your room cost includes a buffet breakfast. Eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, cereals, and other breakfast foods. The heated goods we not good. Bacon was paper thin and had no taste. Mini omelette we tasteless as well. The self made waffles tasted like cardboard. Coffee terrible. Your best bet is to have the cereal and yogurt. Go there for the stay not the food. read more

Worst Breakfast Ever. Cranberry "Juice" was 95% Water. Hard Boiled Eggs were Rotten "Fresh" Fruit was Rotten & Rancid. The Room was Great. The Christmas Tree was Beautiful. But the Disgusting Breakfast, RUINED the entire stay. I paid $ 157.oo Dollars, for The World's WORST Breakfast. Shame on the Owner. Shame on him. read more

Passing through and most hotels were booked. Luckily I'm a member of IHG and found an open room on the app. Well priced, right off the highway and plenty of parking. The young lady was very friendly, rooms were clean and a couple spots close by that are open later for a quick bite. read more

Great hotel here in Spanish Fork...very nicely done with very comfortable rooms and beds. They have good coffee and a nice breakfast too...highly recommend staying here. Very convenient...close to shopping and restaurants! read more

Really nice rooms for the money. In Southern California you'd be hard pressed to find a piece of garbage in a bad neighborhood for that price. Clean, with a wide-screen TV, king-size bed and microwave and mini-fridge. The customer service could have been a tad friendlier but all good. read more

Should probably be three stars but I try to rate based on a few things vs overall. The front desk check-in was perfect. Kimberley was awesome. Room was good size and clean. The bathroom was also clean. Breakfast was "meh" but not like free hotel breakfasts are ever anything to write home about. Not bad, just not great. Omelette things were tasteless protein. Taters were soggy. But it wasn't terrible. The orange juice was really good. The reason for the four stars which should be three was the bed and the A/C. Bed was Hard. As. A. Rock. I am 6'7" and 275 and I barely sunk into it. Woke up in the middle of the night with horrible pain in my knees and back (no clue why, but I can only attribute it to the bed). Wife is much smaller and lighter and she said it was like sleeping on a yoga mat. The A/C, when it was cooling (compressor on) was so loud/buzzing/annoying we had to turn it off - which meant the room was way too hot for good sleep. It was too late and we were too tired to try to change rooms. They had a pipe burst so lots of fans running in the halls so a different room may have meant getting closer to the fans. Not sure if all the beds are this hard, but you may want to ask if you dont like sleeping on a rock. read more

The breakfast is good. Sausage gravy isn't sweet like some Hampton Inns across the country. The laundry facilities are nice and wash / dry is inly 2.00 each. My room was not clean enough for a Hilton standard though. The coffee brewer still had someone else's old coffee bag sitting in it and the comforter smells like a dog. I know dogs are welcome but these guys don't change or launder the comforters so just be aware and go to the Walmart across the street to get some Febreeze. It's gross but...anyway. It's at a convenient location, don't bother trying to get food at Texas Roadhouse across the parking lot unless you want to wait in line for a table. To go orders are ONLY taken outside. If anything, try Beto's Mexican down the block. It's pretty good. The hotel has thin walls so you WILL hear jerks slamming the door and banging on the door to get in their room. You can hear ALL of the street noise too. The carpets are dirty, so wear black socks at all times. Or you will see dirty feet marks in the shower when you get in. I stay exclusively at Hilton properties and this one is okay, but the carpet and comforter might get you...the sausage gravy is pretty great though so... read more

The service was just ok. We had to go to the front desk for towels as there were only (2) in a king size room. When we requested trash and towel services, once again left with (2) towels AGAIN. Again all the way to the front for towels. The breakfast was typical of a hotel and kind of warm however the 3rd morning the breakfast was all cold, eggs, sausage gravy. There was no microwave to heat it up and we were on our way out. That was a real put off for the money we spent. We kindly advised the staff however as noted we were on our way out. read more

Probably one of the best run HI's I have been too. I travel 35-40 weeks a year and this would easily slide up in the ranks for an HI. It is relatively new. Also, I can grade the food aspects as I did not eat there. read more

First of all, I believe this hotel is new, almost brand new. My wife, who is almost borderline OCD about cleanliness when it comes to hotels was ecstatic when we walked into our room. Everything was spotless, even the remote control was wrapped and confirmed as disinfected. The breakfast was a "to go" bag, but that seems to be the norm right now. Bottom line...it will be tough to beat this experience. read more

This hotel is wonderful! Super nice staff and it is amazingly clean! After having an awful stay yesterday on our trip, we were so relieved to stay in such a nice hotel. Each room's door has a sticker "seal" on it ensuring the room has been sanitized with Lysol (the seal breaks when you open the door). Very impressed! read more
