I had a fantastic stay while here on business in Tulsa & nearby Owasso. For starters, the hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate highway, and within a few minutes of downtown Tulsa. The building seemed as if it was newly constructed, in that the appearance that it conveyed within both its exterior (love the green hue at night) seemed to be borderline immaculate. The room? Nearly flawless. You could barely hear a peep from the walls of nearby rooms. Also, the room had all of the expected conveniences of a much larger suite with the addition of a bench seat, secondary chair, and semi-firm king-sized bed. All together, it was just a good room. Breakfast was pretty decent, with pancakes, waffles, bagels, muffins, and a few apples & bananas. I also think yogurt and oatmeal was available, in addition to grits & gravy. Again, not bad. With the choices of coffee, OJ and cranberry juice, the continental breakfast offering here was sufficient. Will stay here again!

Beautiful hotel. Immaculately clean. Cute decor. Friendly staff. But the alarm situation needs to be addressed. How do you program this box? I know I'm gonna sleep late. Literally, it's a tiny cube from hell.

The rooms are so old. I have spider webs in my room and stains on the curtains. Save yourself and your money and go to another hotel.

Pillows.

The king size bed was huge, as in high up, a little too high for her to climb into but we managed ok and she could slide out of it on her own (she's a dancer).

It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The building was built in 1927. Yes I did say 1927. Ya know the year that Charles Lindbergh completed the first nonstop solo flight across the Atlantic. The same year that Babe Ruth hit 60 home runs in a single season. This building is a connection into history which is highlighted by its architectural and cultural value. Tulsa Club definitely attracts its fair share of visitors which is not surprising. The building is impressive. Lots of history with modern upgrades. It operates as a Hilton property under the Curio Collection which says a lot about the name. The staff is amazing. Daniel is polite, dedicated, reliable and very courteous. He will ensure that your stay exceeds all of your expectations. Pro tip: park in the garage and have direct access to the hotel from the garage. Plus save yourself a few $$$. If in the Tulsa area give Tulsa Club Hotel Curio Collection a try. I highly recommend it.

The interior design and general ambiance reflect a clear attention to detail, and it's evident that the hotel aims to provide a boutique experience. However, my experience was affected by noise issues during the night. Despite requesting a quiet room away from high-traffic areas when booking two weeks in advance, I was assigned a room directly across from the elevator. Unfortunately, the noise from guests talking and laughing in the hallway made it difficult to rest. When I brought this to the attention of the staff the following day, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative accommodations could be provided. While I appreciated the overall comfort and aesthetic of the property, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness to my room request and the limited effort to address the noise concern. With improved attention to guest preferences and noise management, Brut Hotel has the potential to offer a truly exceptional stay.

This one, though, missed the mark in a few spots. But first, the good... I'll start with the front desk staff, who were always friendly and greeted me upon each arrival and departure. They even mailed some postcards for me, which was really nice. The hotel is also really conveniently located. It was a short drive to almost everywhere I needed to be. In fact, if the weather hadn't been so chilly I could even have easily walked to most downtown places I visited. Now for the "meh"... My room, located on the 7th floor, had a lovely view. Other than that, it was run down and could have used a refresh. Also, housekeeping never showed up after my first night, even though I was gone most of the day. Not really sure what happened there. They did clean it the next day, though. But back to my room: from a lampshade that looked like it had been sat on to strange brown stains on the wall that had me thinking a lot about those true crime podcasts I used to listen to, not to mention the exposed wires in the wall thermostat, it gave 1-star dive hotel in many ways. The walls were pretty thin, too, and I could smell/hear the folks in the room next to me. Luckily, they put away the joints and the music pretty early in the evening, but it still detracted from the overall experience. Parking was also really weird here. The desk clerk had advised I park at the garage next store, which I did on the first night. Folks, this place was CREEPY with a capital CREEP. I especially advise against parking there if you're a solo female. And while my car was ultimately fine, navigating the enclosed stairwell and abandoned office building lobby with no visible exits just to get out of the place was not my vibe. After night one, I just used the outdoor lot next to the hotel. It was only slightly safer feeling, as it was occupied by some semi-shady characters, but at least there were various options to exit without feeling like I was trapped in an amusement park funhouse. On my last trip to Tulsa, I stayed at the nearby Tulsa Club hotel (also a Hilton property), and if/when I return I'll choose that spot again rather than the Hampton.

To be clear, I rarely find a hotel bed comfortable, I am always some level of sore the next day after a bad night's sleep, but unfortunately this is night 5 on this road trip, and the 5th hotel bed I've slept in and it is by far the worst for me. The receptionist again opened up the doors for me immediately. From there, you will go to the second floor, where the receptionist desk is to check in. Hotel staff is very friendly and offer recommendations if you ask. Complementary breakfast available. Eggs, sausage and/or bacon, waffles, English muffins, scones etc. My room was clean, had body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. My room did not get completely dark, because my room backed up to the parking lot and restaurants behind the hotel, where there were some light poles. Though the curtains are blackout, the light still seeped in from the top of the curtains. I was still able to get sleep. I just would have preferred a darker room. My stay included Friday, the first Friday of the month is the art walk. There was some loud music playing, but it was not too bad and they did not go past 10 PM. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, BOK, museums, etc. because the hotel is in Downtown, you can expect to see a few homeless people wandering around. You may get asked for money if you were out walking about. I was asked twice as I walked across the street to Sisserou's. During my stay, I also noticed the same homeless person hanging around in the garage. My stay was good. I would recommend the hotel.

Hotel-Would you like someone to come look at the toilet- what seems to be the issue? Johanna Me-I'm surprised you asked. Most people would see the issue with either toilet. There are brown streaks and staining running down from under the rim, which is typically caused by mineral deposits, rust, or a toilet that hasn't been thoroughly cleaned. (1st room). There are brown scuff or scrape marks in the bottom of the bowl that make it look dirty, even if some of them are surface marks rather than waste. We went back to reception and they immediately changed our room. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The pool was smaller, but nice. There was a sign up sheet for access to the pool and you had to request staff to let you into the pool area.
