The staff was really accommodating! The room was great-the beds were really great after a very long travel day!

We were supposed to stay at the Hampton Inn in North Platte and ran into an unexpected issue. We had to stop in Fort Morgan instead. We were able to call Hilton and have them switch our reservation. The hotel is located close enough to the highway to be convenient but far enough to avoid noise. When we arrived, the lobby was clean and were greeted promptly. We got our room without any issues. The rooms were clean and spacious. The TV was large and you had enough options. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well and was not too loud. Our neighbors had a crying baby or toddler but for a hotel decently soundproofed. The complimentary breakfast was good but lacked some variety. Overall, I would stay here again without question. Had a room reserved weeks in advance and they called me to cancel the day before and the manager that called was super rude and non caring. He didn't care they just spoiled all our weekend plans. Horrible company with horrible policies backed up by rude and horrible management. I've never had such a disappointing experience. read more

This is an awesome hotel. The staff is super nice. The rooms were clean. Huge breakfast including waffles, omelets, biscuits, bacon, potatoes, etc. And cookies in the evening in the lobby. There is a small pool and the hot tub fits about 7 adults. The rooms have free wifi and cable. There are some restaurants if you venture farther from the interstate, I found a decent Thai one about 5 minutes away. It's right off the interstate you can get going in the morning! read more

One of my favorite Hampton inns we've stayed in! and we've stayed in quite a few. the room was comfortable and clean and the pool area was amazing! my only complaint about the pool area was that when we were in pool there was a guy in the hot tub drinking a beer while toddlers were running around swimming. not really the hotel's fault but still. the breakfast was really good. i especially enjoyed that they had biscuits and gravy. overall i would stay here again. read more

I am by no means a person who needs a luxury hotel, but man this felt like luxury. The king side bed was one of the best beds Ive ever slept in. The hotel room was so clean and comfortable. The only downfall was the bed was literally across from a window that was directly facing the entrance of a baptist church. I kept the blinds closed the whole time. The breakfast bar in the morning was really nice, I didn't have time to at though since I spent every last sleeping second in that comfortable bed! read more

This hotel is a great pic if you're in the area. It is well kept, clean and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful! The main lobby and eating area were clean as was our room. The breakfast staff did such a lovely job in preparation, serving and monitoring the area. The staff here are kind, friendly and helpful. It is obvious that they all care about what they do and the service they provide. It's a little jewel in Ft. Morgan. read more

We spent two nights at this lovely hotel and enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were as expected after our previous nights' stays at a Hampton Inn in Denver. The employees really shined at this hotel. From the front desk clerks to the breakfast crew, we were well taken care of. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We were able to do complementary self-serve laundry. We enjoyed a Covid-style hot breakfast: the breakfast attendant filled our plates as requested, with hot foods (scrambled eggs, bacon, omelet), and the usual additional items were available, like fresh fruit, yogurts, sweet carbs, etc. The location is close to several restaurants, a terrific park (which includes a lake and disc golf course), and is 2 minutes to the interstate. read more

This is the best Hampton experience I have had in most recent years. The Continental breakfast was mostly good but there was no pork products (bacon, sausage, ham). Overall this is a great place to stay for the weekend and get out of the house and have a good time while doing so. read more

Hampton Inn online booking reverts back to your current day. When the reservation was made and I thought I did it correctly, I was charged for a "no-show". I called as soon as I could. I was told that I should've cancelled. Well, I would've if I had realized my mistake. After contacting corporate, I received an email from the GM saying sorry for your convenience, we have a strict policy. This Hilton Honors member will no longer stay at Hampton Inn's. read more

The hotel is very nice but I was in town for a wedding and called ahead for early check in and when I arrived they had given my suite away and had to wait 30 minutes for my room and I was late to the wedding!! After we got back from the wedding around 10pm we got a knock on the door saying there was a noise complaint, I was laying in bed watching tv at the time. I am traveling with a three year old and obviously he isn't silent but we were in no way loud enough to receive a complaint. So if you have kids DO NOT STAY HERE! NOT A KID ENVIRONMENT!!! read more

We have stayed here several times while my husband was working nearby. Our stays have ranged from a few days to over a week. The staff is always extremely pleasant and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make clientele feel welcomed and comfortable. The cleaning staff truly does not leave, anything undone. The maintenance and upkeep, of the inside and grounds is always immaculately maintained. Pool and workout rooms are well serviced and I have witnessed the equipment being wiped down. It never even crosses my mind to book anywhere else, when I know we will be in the area. I cannot imagine being treated any better. read more

Decent hotel, but man Fort Morgan smells! No seriously, the town stinks. It appears there is a beet factory in town making sugar, so as soon as you get out of the car, it hits you. If you have ever been behind a restaurant near the grease dumpster, that's pretty close. So besides the stench, this hotel wasn't bad. Two sets of doors at the exits keeps the smell at bay inside. The room was nice enough, and upgraded in the past few years. They have a standard breakfast buffet in the morning, which was just okay. Decent selection, but they were low on most everything by 8:30, and were at a snails pace to refill anything. As there is not much on this stretch of interstate, it fit the bill, but be prepared for that aroma... read more

Last night of a road trip with son and grandkids from Ontario to Edwards, CO, and were fortunate to snag the last available double queen room. The experience surpassed all expectations. Friendly, helpful staff (kudos to Pam), nice clean and spacious room, ample breakfast, could not have asked for anything more. Highest recommendation. read more

No complaints. The lady at the front desk was top notch. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was hot and tasty. I would return. Downside, there is a sugar beet factory nearby so the air smells at times, inside and out. Smells like rotten eggs and sulphur. read more

I am weird about hotel germs and this is such a nice clean hotel. The sheets were crisp and everything in the room was wiped down/vacuumed. Very comfortable mattresses too. We checked in for one night to break up a road trip. A wonderful breakfast was set out at 5am which helped us get on the road early. Belgian waffles and sugar free syrup were delicious! Michael at the front desk (i think that's his name) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Especially for someone that works all night shifts! I wish it was a little less expensive for one night stay but it was worth it. Highly recommend. read more

I came in the hotel delirious from lack of sleep. It was a bit early but they responded to my sleep crisis with alacrity: got me a lovely room early. They told me about the 6 am - 10 am breakfast which is amazing (try the sausage). Recommended a great restaurant (El Jaco) three blocks away for dinner. The manager on duty spent time with me planning my itinerary (with hotels) for the rest of my cross-country trip. The hotel is great, price reasonable, people are amazing. read more

Very clean and comfortable room and friendly service. My kids really enjoyed the pool, though I would have liked a hot tub. Oh well, you can't have everything for the price. When we decided to get a room instead of camping, we couldn't find anything for less than $400 a night in Denver. We drove about an hour and found this place for a fourth of that! And they have a free continental breakfast and free wifi. We got a really good night's sleep before heading across Nebraska for home the next day. read more

Fantastic hotel! The overall look was very classy and was very clean. The room was also cleaned and very well organized. Had enough towels, washclothes, coffee, soaps and shampoos, etc. The beds are VERY comfortable and clean. They have a great selection for breakfast and have your coffee and juices and so on. Not to mention they have a nice pool and hot tub. Overall, this place is definitely worth the price. I would highly recommended it to anyone in the area. read more

This was the best "directly off of the interstate one night stop" on a road trip that we've ever had. This Hampton inn was super clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. We had the 2 queen suite, which is one room with two beds in one half, a large desk dividing the room, and a sleeper sofa on the other. We estimated it was around 600 sf. It was perfect for a family of five, and only $20 more than the standard queen dbl. Two sinks plus plenty of counter space made maneuvering in the morning easy. The beds were clean and comfy and the sleeper had clean sheets already on it ready for us to use. We arrived later in the evening and had a quick swim- the pool area was typical indoor pool at a hotel. The hot tub was nice and hot. Pool towels were tiny, but they were placed out waiting for us and the whole area was clean. Breakfast was a step up from continental. There were waffle irons, premade omelets, hot oatmeal plus the usual cold stuff. They even had breakfasts to go- sacks you could grab on your way out the door. My kids were happy with the waffles, and plenty of hot coffee for us! We didn't hang around long other than to grab gas at the station next door and the park down the street- both nice enough! The Hampton inn staff were extremely friendly and helpful- I never remember to get names, but we checked in 6/14/15 at 8 pm- both evening staff and morning were great. On a long drive we usually look for clean and quiet- this hotel was that plus more! We will be staying here again next time we drive through! read more
