They understand crazy work schedules and have offered to stay late so that I can make my appointments without having to take time off! They even worked around me having to travel overseas for the military. They are truly a military friendly business and do their best to work with you. They are responsive when you contact them. When you call there you often will speak to the owner, Les, who is a genuine man and takes the time to get to know his customers. I brought my car in to replace the bumper and fix hail damage. As they help me set up the rental, I was told that it would take 12 days. It took them less than that time frame and the quality of work was amazing! When I left, my car looked like I was driving it off the car lot--brand new! They also helped me work with my insurance when I had questions. I feel that they have total transparency and I never left with doubts or questions. This is the only place I will take my car for body work! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

We paid $325 for a full detail on our minivan. I let Steven know that we had to ship the van…read moreoverseas & that it needed to be ready for a government "white glove" inspection. I told him we needed the engine block detailed as well. He assured me that wouldn't be a problem. What a joke! We arrived and spent 45 minutes pointing out problem areas that he attempted to then fix on the spot. He hadn't even opened the hood to clean the engine block, stating that he couldn't find the hood release. He then just took a hose to the engine and said it was good. There were still crumbs in the seats, dirt and debris in the pockets, the seats hadn't been lifted out, leaving a ridiculous amount of dirt underneath them. He hadn't cleaned the glove box, the door tracks, the backs of the seats, etc., etc.! There were still multiple spots and stains on the carpet, which he said he had worked very hard to get out, but they were "set in." (I was then able to get the stains completely out with about 5 minutes of scrubbing once we got home...) I don't believe he even had the equipment to shampoo the carpet. The only items that were wet were the floors mats, which he had apparently sprayed with a hose. He then tried to put them back in the vehicle while they were dripping wet. I asked him to just put them in the back of the van. By the time we got home, the mats had created a mud puddle in the back of the van they were still so dirty! We ultimately spent another 5 hours at home actually detailing the van after we got home. I'm honestly left feeling disgusted & ripped off. I reached out to Steven to let him know how dissatisfied we were. We ultimately paid for a full detail and got a mediocre wash & vacuum instead. He has refused to respond or make any attempt to remedy the situation. So do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this sham of a business.
