You can check in at 3 PM with no surcharge. I am a rewards member and never had an issue checking in early. It should not matter if I am a rewards member or not. Needless to say back to the front desk, where we were assigned another room, I requested to have the manager come speak to me about the early check-in procedure. Needless to say the manager never showed up and eventually I found out he was never informed. You must request service for you room at the front desk hopefully they write it down, came back at 4 PM and the room was not cleaned at around 6 PM the manager showed up and apologized for the screw ups of his front desk staff. We shall see how this goes the rest of our stay here. We are staying 8 days and only half way thru the stay. Breakfast was not great mediocre at best, if you like watery egg hits and grits you are in like Flynn. Just not a large selection of choices for breakfast. I requested a king size bed. There is also a TV area with a couch and coffee table. I requested for my room to be clean Mondays and Thursdays. The room is clean, well-lit and spacious. The staff is ever so helpful especially because I was one of those guests who always had an Amazon package waiting for me. There is continental breakfast with coffee, juice or water. There is H.E.B. for your grocery needs (especially if you're meal prepping). There are nearby eats but the weather is hot, so I sometimes did Uber eats or Door dash if I didn't have the rental car. This Inn does take care of their guests and will make sure your stay is comfortable.
