Cleanliness. Comfort. Good Customer Service. These are things I want in a hotel. We received all of that and more here. I forget the front desk guy's name when we checked in Saturday Oct 18, 2025 but he was fantastic. He gave great customer Service and he gave us an idea of what to do in the area besides visiting our family member Our room was clean. Our bathroom was full of bath towels and wash clothes and hand towels. We have plenty of pillows on the beds. We were excited by this because you don't always get that at other hotels without calling and asking for more. The place was nearly full and yet we did not hear hallway noise. Hilton corporate did make this right, still would recommend avoiding this property if you have the choice.

The staff was wonderful to try and resolve the problems of POOR MANAGEMENT! I will start first with my wife walks with a cane. The floors in the room were so slippery we could hardly walk on it. No staff available, cleaner will address it in morning. it was slightly better the next afternoon, but that's all they did. House keeping requested 2 days in a row,never happened our entire stay, apparently they are short staffed. The desk staff apologized and gave us clean towels and took dirty ones. Had to ask for toilet paper as we were running out in room, again desk staff came through. Floors are not very clean, however the breakfast area was very clean and was a decent breakfast. Overpriced for what you recieved. Not what you expect for your average Hampton Inn stay. read more

Horrible experience with the staff here. Our neighbor had alarms going off non stop from 3 am until 5 am blaring in our ear through the wall. Staff kept passing along the buck until we finally reached the assistant manager the next day. They refused to move us or comp a night even though we would be there 1 more night and the neighbor would be as well. They said if it happened again i would have to leave my room on each occasion and have the staff (yep at 3 am) "take care of it" which i had done the previous night which did absolutely squat. It continued until 5am. They assured me no other rooms were available until I said I was leaving this review. 10 minutes later they magically found one for us. Could have just been honest in the first place and we would have been happy with that. But here we are. If you have an obnoxiously loud dog or hyperactive children, this is the place to stay as they will not care one bit if you keep the other guests awake all night. If you enjoy not being the subject of a russian sleep experiment id reccomend finding somewhere else. 0/10 One they finally did move our room after lying about having one until it became inconvenient) the room they put us in also had no shampoo as the icing on the cake. I used to use this chain because they were always reliable, clean and had good service but this stay will make sure I avoid them alltogether. Wasn't sure what to expect when I got here but I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean. Much much cleaner than other locations I have been to the rooms are spacious. We rented the 2 queen room set up. Below are what I liked and what I didn't like. Liked 1) cleanliness 2) staff politeness and professionalism 3) size of rooms 4) quick elevator 5) pool. Not big . But just enough to enjoy 6) they have coffee available all day 7) free laundry 8) snack section where you can buy things 9) pet friendly 10) digital key card for rooms Dislikes 1) door to the bathroom is a sliding door that is shared with the closet. No sense of privacy in the bathroom as often times the door slides open on itself. The door can also be removed accidentally off the hinges which can be a danger for kids 2) limited parking. It's easy to come and not have a space. 3) the breakfast was mediocre. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs and the sausage was not to my luring or my wife's. 4) little to no good selection for children's breakfast. All cereal are jamp packed with sugar. Fruit loops and frosted flakes as well as rice crispies. 5) key card issues. My card had to be reactivated twice. Once on the day we arrived. And again on day of departure. 6) Hot Water issues. Kept jumping out the shower because the water runs cold without warning. Despite the things I didnt like, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others. read more

I was told that before I made my stay here this hotel was brand spanking new at the start of the pandemic. It somewhat looks like that is the case as most things in here look brand new, but some things look as if they have been misused since no one was staying here. I will get into that more later on down the road. Checking in and any dealings with the front desk were smooth. The employees were attentive when dealing with you and nice enough to give you the basic information you needed to get to where you need be. The rest of the staff, maybe could use some work. A lot of them are not approachable. They were nearly absent from what I could see. I say this because there were things that could have been taken care of rather quickly, but were completed in a swift manner without care. One thing that sticks out were the trash receptacles in the hallways. Even though it looked as if they were recycling, all bags were of the same color, so I doubt they were recycling. As far as the room. It looked well put together. But over time I did find a few things that could have used a little attention. The bed was comfortable, and where I spent most of my time when I was in my room. I appreciate that there was a seating area, I ended up using that as a staging area for my items. The area where you can put your clothing/suitcase is kind of a nook that is hidden behind the barn door that is the bathroom door. Remote was in a plastic bag to show cleaning, and I enjoyed the use of the tv, even if I used it for background noise. The bathroom was pretty good. What I enjoyed most about the bathroom was the shower. Finally a place that gets putting the shower knob at the back of the shower. What I didn't enjoy of the bathroom is the barn door. I closed it once and it nearly came off the track. The elevators run slow. There is a huge area for pool and work out. What I did enjoy and used here was the outside patio area. It was nice to sit out there and just take in the air. The hotel is situated on the main stretch of road in the area, but the patio area is situated behind the building and far enough the road that you don't hear too much noise. There is a wetland of sorts out back that you hear the natural noises. Ducks and geese are flying in and out at a constant. Breakfast is served every morning. Lots of parking. Wifi service was solid. TV channels are basic. Information for nearby attractions available. Gym/pool. Pretty good stay. read more

Hotel was very welcoming and the lobby and breakfast area appeared to be spotless on check in. Staff was friendly and professional and told us to let them know if they could be of any help to us. The room was very clean, although the bar soap and shampoo were very nice but the dispenser of hair conditioner wouldn't work (which we reported on checkout). Bed and pillows were very comfortable and lots of towels were provided. Had to pass on breakfast as we had to leave shortly after 5:00 am! The eating area looked lovely and spotless. (Good things) Great breakfast, nice room/ (bad things) The door in the hotel room was a sliding barn door with no lock and had zero noise canceling, also the "fitness center" had almost nothing the pool was disappointing to say the least and last but worse they accused me of grabbing all the toilet paper and purposely clogging the toilet twice! Which I dint do btw... they treated fines and kicking me out over something I didn't even do! They were gonna fine me but they couldn't because there was no proof it was me! This is an older Hampton Inn but it has been remodeled well. The lobby is welcoming and the hallways are well lit. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have clearly had updates. The rooms still need some updating but overall nice and clean. read more

Was in room 426 for two nights. No hot water for both days. I got a text after the first night from "Katherine" asking about our stay. I mentioned the hot water issue, but got no response. Will not be staying here again. read more

We arrived around 10pm our first night. When checking in we were asked to sign something acknowledging that the hotel is having problems with hot water in the showers and that we wouldn't request any compensation back. We had just had a long travel day and it was late so we signed it. At various times throughout our stay we did notice the cold showers. It was aggravating but it was summer and hot out so we dealt with it. When we got home another person in our group found reviews dated from months ago that tell of the cold water showers. It's very disappointing to find this out and that the hotel isn't doing anything to fix the problem besides ask guests to suck it up. This hotel wasn't cheap either. Not ok Hilton, not ok! read more

There were several sports teams in the area due to multiple tournaments. This hotel is by far the least accommodating for families of any of the hotels in the area. For starters the hotel lobby closes at 10pm to everyone including adults. Yet there is no policy posted on this. And if you ask to see the policy they can't produce one and then call the police on you. This is all after the desk clerks call and outright lie to their manager. Who in-turn says over the phone that he sets the policy. Then they harass You the next morning about checking out even though you were given a late checkout. This is just two of the issues... Many complaints have been filed with Hiltons corporate office including directly to the CEO to absolutely no avail. His corporate office executive customer service has proven to be absolutely worthless (very disappointed). There's been no resolution or no real attempt at one. So with that, it's been decided to take it to the boards and let others know about this absolutely horrible service and that even in the small town there are much better options. The Hilton chain has lost its customer service. This was not a one time stay at Hilton, this is how they treat gold and diamond members. read more

We have traveled all over the country and this was truly one of the worst experiences we've ever had. First of all the mold, smell and stale odors in the room were disgusting, and our son who also had a room down the hall, had an awful mold stink in his room. They even left early because they couldn't take the smell. We visited for a few days Sunday through Thursday. Out of the time we had three cold showers... filthy dirty bathroom floor, where someone had obviously gone to the bathroom after cleaning it‍ and practically no response from the manager, who said that he could give us a half day compensation, but that was it that the owner doesn't approve of giving anything else. we found out that these places are individually owned... upon further investigation, we found that many of the reviews on this and other sites talk about the cold water showers that you have to take. This has been going on for a very long time. Stay away from this place. There are many other hotels in the area!! read more

This is a hard review as some parts of the stay great and some not so great. Check-in via phone for a roll-in accessible room on the second floor. It was not ready so Nat said he would call us as we went to lunch. He call and we arrived and went to our room, but one look at the bathroom it was a major problem. Someone had closed up the section for shower part that handicapped people need which is the handle held shower head. Nat sent up the maintenance gentleman Brandon who was shocked as this could not be fixed. He and Nat got us another room (414) and made sure that it had all items needed including a chair for the bath. Next episode went to put down the automatic curtains and it kind of exploded. Personal guess whoever was in the room before us did not know how it worked. They should have laminated directions for the curtains incase not familiar with it. I got them to go down so that we could sleep. Again the next day Nat and Brandon fixed the problem by the time we got back. When we left that day advised cleaning crew leaving room, so they could clean it. Got back to the room and it was not serviced at all and again Nat came up to empty trash, etc. Nat made sure the next day room was cleaned, etc. I would recommend to management make sure you keep Nat and Brandon happy as the get things done. Despite all the problems above the room was really nice and large. It was spotless when we arrived. The flooring was great as completely nonskid. I would highly recommend this hotel. read more

Fake advertising. On there website, it said that there pool, gym and open breakfast were available. I arrived at the hotel and it was not. They didn't call or send an email about this change. I have paid money to do exactly what I do at home. There was also no coffee and tea available, which they said would be provided. Please make sure you call the hotel before you arrive to confirm if these things are available for you and your family. I don't want you to be upset. Also, when someone I know went to book a room at this hotel, they called to see if they can check in. The staff said that they couldn't because there was no housekeeping done on this particular day. They did not communicate that to them whatsoever and they offered to book a room for them across the street at another hotel. Bad communication. This is outrageous. read more
