Reservations-5- Registered on the Hilton app Parking-5- Very easy and spots available right up front Room-3- great space, more than ample desk area and good large tv. I rated a 3 because there were continued issues with WiFi where you had to re-sign in every 10 minutes. I was working so ended up checking out a day early to go to another Hilton property. Mattress/pillows-5-Typical Hilton bed and pillow, comfortable. Elevator speed/availability-n/a- stayed on 1sr floor so didn't use them. Gym/pool-5-gym was good, cardio and a good selection of dumbbells. Really needs a cable machine. Maybe someday Restaurant-n/a Staff-5+- Staff was great, I had a FedX package coming and they signed for it and immediately called me. All of them were very nice and hospitable. Price- 5-typical for the area. Overall-5- a fantastic location with lots of food within walking distance as well as a 7/11 and gas station. If you are looking to stay 30 minutes outside of SLC this is the place. Shout out- The entire staff. read more

To say I was not impressed would be an understatement. We had two rooms and when we checked in, one room was occupied by someone else... oops. We had to separate our group, which was unfortunate. Room was decent, but could be cleaner. Our vent and air conditioner made an annoying sound and our room was unusually humid. The last morning we woke up to no hot water. The beds were AWFUL. They are rock hard and everyone woke up with back pain and hurt necks. The breakfast options were underwhelming. We will not be returning. There are so many options near by, I would definitely recommend trying somewhere else. read more

Well, they try I guess, but pretty much everything about the property was filthy. For a location that advertises to be so "Covid" conscious, there were the same greasy finger smudges all over the elevator panels the entire time. You could tell it was never wiped the entire 5 days we were there. The Buffett area was gross. I went one morning near when it was closing, and there was spilled food and spilled liquids everywhere. It was as if the food was put out at 6 am and nothing was touched or cleaned after that. So unappetizing I didn't want anything. When I looked toward the front desk to see why nothing was being done, the front desk clerk was busy lounging at the desk playing on the computer. Stretched out, leaned back in his seat. Another morning I went to the buffet right before it opened. While I was sitting there waiting for it to open at 5:45 am, I noticed the carpet was filthy. Covered with food from several days. Clearly it had not been vacuumed in several days. On yet another day, we came in from the outside through the front desk area only to see the clerk sound asleep behind the desk in the office. We went upstairs to our room to drop something off and then leave again. As we walked out about 15 minutes later the clerk was still sound asleep. The room itself was mostly clean. There was a top shelf in the bathroom that was caked with dust. Could not even use the shelf without wiping it down because whatever you put up there came down filthy. Bed was comfortable. I did hear another patron talking to the front desk clerk when he was checking in. He asked the clerk if the hotel had fixed its housekeeping issues. Clearly this person had an issue during a past visit as well. One day we were there I noticed the general manager hustling about to clean things up. Clearly he was trying to fix up the property to make it look more presentable. I talked to him about the lack of cleanliness and his employees that were clearly not doing their job. He was receptive. The Hampton was so bad that I would not return. The Hilton brand should take a serious look at this property if they're going to attach their name to it. read more

This ended up being pretty much the same story as the Home2suites right nearby, just with a smaller fridge and microwave. It's alright for noise unless there are kids running and jumping next door, and you get weed and cigs thru the flimsy connected bathroom vent from people tryin to be slick. It does look like the last facelift the place had went to ol' El Cheapo Construccion, though: they didn't put the bolts in for the door safety latch or bathroom towel hanger right and just walked away with them hanging semi-loose, the shower floor creaks a little, the safety bar is mounted in a weird and annoying place where you can whack your elbows, and it's hard to move the shower head. Nothing real serious (other than the safety latch being useless in the face of a hard shove) but a little crumby for a Hilton charging this much. But they seem to keep on top of the cleanliness and day-to-day operations pretty well at least. Breakfast had powdered cubed eggs but w/ shredded cheese, and a good rotation of meats. Waffle maker and usual continental stuff too. Good dark roast coffee in the lobby all day and tea selection, big plus there. It's alright overall, just in yet another of these flimsy buildings where you're subject to inconsiderate Griswold tourist families letting their kids run wild and sound like they're demolishing the place when you're trying to sleep, which to me isn't really acceptable for over $100 a night. Also might have to keep the bathroom door closed if Cheech & Chong are next door. read more

Greeted right way and once check in started were even able to chose the floor we wanted. This is a great location surrounded by gas stations, restaurants, coffee shop and all in walking distance. Grounds are clean and well kept. Service was great every time we interacted. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved the bathroom had a regular locking door and not those dumb sliders. There was a fridge, microwave and single serve coffee maker. Downside for me was they had so small store area for snacks etc. most Hamptons Inns that I've stayed in offer them to purchase snacks etc. They did have some sodas for $2 but that's it. Free Breakfast was offered here, but it was not good. Bacon was flavorless and disintegrated instantly, omelet cheese only again flavorless until hot sauce added, overcooked fry potatoes, selection of fruit, muffins, cereal, waffle and oatmeal. Maybe I just ate all the wrong things, but not good. All in all still a great day and with all the food options nearby it's still a win win for me. read more

6/8 stay. Night front desk attendant wasn't so helpful with issues or questions. Tv did not work. I told attendant by phone that I wasn't able to watch tv because the screen stated no connection. She stated she would be able to reset from the desk and should be to reset the tv from power strip near the tv. I didn't come here to be a tv technician, but to relax. C'mon now. There was no power strip visible for me to see by the tv. I waited for 10 minutes and it still didn't work. I went down to lobby to speak with her. She stated she was by herself and could not fix my tv. She offered point or half the points that I used for the stay. I just walked away not happy. Attendant kept going to the outside talking on the phone about non-hotel matters since my arrival. I asked her earlier in the day for a simple plastic bag. She did not have one and didn't know where to get one. She went outside again. Another guest asked about room service. Attendant said they don't have room service. Guest was not happy either. Bad first impressions upon arrival. Morning attendants, Rylie and Chantel, were every helpful at checkout and apologetic. The room was clean. Needed more lighting at the lounge chair and sit down desk. Bathroom was fully equipped with lots of towels and toiletry items. Breakfast selection were good, not overwhelming. Seating ambiance was good. Lots of parking spaces. But no tv to watch the NBA championship for this avid sports fan. I'll stay at another Hilton hotel, but not this one. read more

We've been using Hampton Inn for almost 3 decades. staff here was wonderful although not always available at the desk. 5 to 10 minute wait some times. Breakfast was OK but they were always out of different items. Never saw staff in the cafeteria. Housekeeping is no longer available unless you ask the day before. The beds here are different than the other Hamptons inns that we stayed at. Not quite as comfortable. Cleanliness was ok. Bathroom wasn't the best. Toilet seat dirty with poo underneath. The sink faucet design is a joke. Using it for anything including wash hands creates a water mess all over the counter. You have 1-2 inches before the water hits the edge of the counter. read more

The room I was given was filthy. There was a pizza crust on the floor next to the bed, bed skirt was dirty and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. I spoke to the front desk attendant and requested the room be cleaned while I was out for the day. When I returned, (7 hrs later) the room was still in the same condition. I spoke to the same attendant again and although he acknowledged it was disgusting, he said they would get around to cleaning the room if they had time. I would not recommend this hotel. read more

Nice clean hotel, way overpriced for what it is though. I had to wait 20 minutes to check in, the front desk was unattended. They put me in an ADA room, which is fine, I like the big bathroom. The reason for my 1 star review is that housekeeping barged in while I was completly naked. He had a piece of paper that he was trying to read to me. I had to yell and curse to get him to leave and close the door. Someone screwed up with room numbers. This place is poorly managed and overpriced. Never again. I picked this hotel because it was right in the middle of all the properties I manage at my new company. Many trips to come, and Hampton Inn is now on the black list. Review is edited due to the fact that they comped the one night. This was very nice, but I'm still not going back to this hotel. Stayed here in June as we have for 15 years. This time the key card system was down so front desk took us up to our room where her key card didn't work. She told us to wait and she'd come back. A non English speaking house keeper attempted to help but there was a language barrier. Eventually the head of housekeeping appeared and let us on our room. We had traveled from Montana and we were ready to watch TV and rest. Well the TV didn't work. Went to the front desk where a 300 pound woman in white spandex pants () asked if the TV was plugged in. Then she turned to ask the manager which TVS had been switched over and a rear end view was sick. No help no key no TV and therefore no way to eat dinner. The next morning as we checked out I told the young lady at the desk of the key issue which she produced and said no one told her why those keys were there. I told her I was so disappointed with Hampton and that the room never should have been rented and that I expected a discount. She gave us the discount allowed but the owner of this Hampton should be ashamed at the 300 pound spandex walrus and how unprofessional she was. We travel this route at least twice a year but will definitely find another place to stay and never a Hampton inn again read more

6/28-7/2/2023 sta. Where do I start with the negative comments. The window covering was broken so we could never open it and get light in the room. The one easy chair in the room was built for someone very tall with long legs. I had to prop 2 pillows behind me to be supported when sitting in it. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were very hard. The bathtub stopper would not stay down to run a bath. There was no handheld shower attachment and the shower head was way over my head so I couldn't adjust it. I'm 5'5". The bathtub was very slippery to get into. There was no bathmat to put in it to remedy the situation. We left a towel in the bottom of the tub to compensate. The one safety bar in the tub area was placed in an odd spot. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom either. The refrigerator was barely cool and the thermostat to reset it was broken. The pool was very cold. Breakfast was just ok. I've had way better complimentary breakfasts for rooms costing less money. My room was a double queen and cost $123.14/night. read more

We stayed here last night on our journey to Idaho and we were more than pleased with all they had to offer. Pleasant & helpful staff, clean room, comfy bed, reasonably priced & an amazing breakfast. This is a super nice Hampton Inn! The staff is friendly and very professional. The rooms are very nice, new and CLEAN! The WiFi works very well and they have a very nice business center with a printer and copier if you need them. This hotel is lacking management and or employees. Requested multiple days to have room serviced and cleaned and here I am on day 3 without a clean room. The Hotel is showing it's age and needs to be renovated. I don't understand how anyone can rate this higher than a 2 star at best, Unless never traveling outside of Lehi, Utah. Customer service was not good and struggled to get front desk to answer phone. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend staying. Stayed last night (apr 24/21), our 1st time (enroute to Canada). Our room was beyond clean & fresh! The bathroom towels were a soft brilliant white as was the bed cover & sheets. We had a choice of a soft or firm pillow - could tell they were new! The room was spacious & well lit. The tv remote control was identical to mine - was great not to have to 'figure it out' . breakfast was hot, fresh & delicious. When checking out - well - the elevator wasn't working properly, nor was the computer. The fella on duty kept his cool, but I could tell he was a tad stressed (none of this was his doing). I appreciate Hampton Inn as an overall brand. They offer a great value for a hotel. This particular location was very gracious when we rolled in late one night without a reservation. We had left our home in haste because of a mice infestation and we just needed a quiet place to stay. The front desk made sure we had the best rate they could offer and empathized with our situation. They even had the morning shift check on us to see how my wife was feeling and if the night had been restful. I was impressed with that out of the ordinary communication transfer between shifts. My in laws come into town often and I will always recommend this location to them because of our unique experience. read more

I've stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns and enjoy them. This particular Hampton Inn was no different. It was clean and reasonably priced at $99 per night. ( this was a business trip) The pool and hot tub were quite nice, the workout facility was small but everything was in working order. The free breakfast was very good each day with many options and the wifi was also free. The staff was friendly. There are quite a few hotels in the area around Lehi, UT so you have lots of choices. I recommend Hampton Inn. read more

We were very happy with our stay at the Hampton Inn in Lehi! The room was immaculate, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was quiet and comfortable. Upon leaving the hotel, we thought we had checked the room thoroughly, but had sadly left my daughter's favorite little pink blanket. We received a call not even 20 minutes after we'd left that the maid staff had found her blanket! They were happy to send it to our home address!!! If you're a parent, you'll understand how happy we were to get that call. Wonderful staff - helpful, professional, and caring. We stayed 3 nights and had a great time, we'll come here again. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was BIG. The pool was plenty warm and there's a work-out room. Breakfast had a lot of choices including fresh fruit, GOOD yogurt, make-your-own waffles, and even freshly cooked oatmeal each morning. Decent coffee choices, available 24 hours. (and of course a coffee maker in the room, and fridge and microwave oven.) The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we had a bad splinter, front desk pulled out triple antibiotic and a needle right off the bat. Thanksgiving Point has plenty of interesting venues, with a movie theater you can walk to (in good weather,) like an interesting museum. There are LOTS of restaurant choices within walking distance, too. Our family has just moved to the area, we're glad there's a nearby hotel that's REALLY clean and comfortable, and at a great price. We've been won over to the Hampton Inn, we'll check for them as we travel to other cities as well. read more

My wife and I drove from Duncanville, Texas to Lehi, Utah (1,284 miles) for a family reunion starting on Thursday 6-14-18 to 6-18-18. We are in our first full day of our stay and we have had nothing but problems. When we were ready to retire I pulled back the covers and there it was a black spider. I called the front desk and the clerk said he would report it and get an exterminator the next day. Needless to say the rest of the night was not a happy time. We were so tired we finally left around 11:00 am so the cleaning service could clean our room. We took one dead spider to the front desk and the gals seemed to be clueless. We left the spider with them. We arrived back to the hotel around 2:30 pm giving them 3 1/2 hours to complete their task. Our room has never been touched. I called the front desk and I got the usual PC and said they would send housekeeping right up. I said we are back and need to rest. Then, I ask about the exterminator and the front desk said they will be out next week. GO FIGURE. We will be back in Duncanville, Texas in our BUG free home by then. read more

Pretty nice hotel, clean, modern, etc. My main gripe is the noise. People were allowing their doors to slam the entire time I stayed there. The closers made the doors slam with such force that the walls and floor shook. Paper-thin walls, could hear tv's, footsteps, people talking. Hardly a conducive atmosphere for sleep. read more

Not so funny story about the Hilton. They are one of those scandalous American companies that will try to cheat you. Sharing this so you don't get scammed by the Hilton. Be very careful if you give them your debit card. We are still on the road right? Been gone a while now - funds are kind of running out. I'm gassing up at a Maverick in Lehi, Ut on Sunday night. We are all pretty tired - I look over the parking lot and see a Hampton Inn. I dial their number and ask if they have a room. Yes they do. Great we will be right over. Well you need a reservation she says. I'm standing almost in the parking lot. She doesn't care - I still need a reservation. She needs my name - ok - I give it to her. Now she needs a credit card. I should have hung up right there but being tired and courteous I give her my "debit" card. This is where things go off track. Have to wait for everyone I'm traveling with to come out of gas station then we drive across the street and check into the hotel. At the front desk we actually pay for the room with my sisters credit card. Next morning I check my balance and I was also charged for the room on my debit card. I go to the front desk and tell the clerk what happened. Dumb little shit that she is she tells me she doesn't know how to fix it. What? She tells me her supervisor will have to do it. 2nd mistake I trust her to do exactly that. We are now on day 2. No refund on card. Call the Hilton to try to straighten this mess out. Get someone in Manila- she actually can't help me- tells me there is nothing they can do and it will take 5 business days to credit my account back. What? Ask to speak to supervisor. None available right which is pretty much the universal response you get from Manila unless they simply hang up on you. Now remember this is a debit card not a credit card. They have hijacked my casH. I call the hotel directly and speak to the front desk. She tells me cheerfully that yes that's true. 5 days. So the Hilton is now defrauding me of my funds while they were actually paid 2'xs for the room. So Conrad - is this how you and the Don finance your corporations? you simply use other people's money? Long and short of the story is STOP using your debit card with the Hilton- not that I will ever stay with them ever again. I'd rather sleep in my car at Walmart read more

This place is AMAZING! I will stick to this chain whenever I travel! The rooms were immaculate and modern. They had plenty of space! Our double queen was just perfect. It had a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffe pot. Also a great TV with HBO. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in. I even check the label of the mattress so I could find one for myself. The pillows were just perfect as well. There was plenty of room for luggage and even a big desk space to work on. The little shampoos etc... were not bargain brand. Everything was Neutrogena. The hotel had a small store in the lobby. The breakfast was great. There was something for everyone! You could feel very comfortable sitting in the dining room chatting over coffee. read more
