I know first-hand that diners arrived at 5:30 this past weekend and some didn't leave until well after 9. The chef told me that they will take up to 20 diners, seating overflow at a round table in the front parlor. And currently advertised prices for rooms are around $250, yet we and friends were charged $400 a night.

Always a smile and good morning from people at the front desk. I needed an ice pack to be frozen every night they put it in their freezer no questions asked. If there aren't any games or if you want to save a few bucks get a room with city view instead of the ballfield. You can go out on their patio and eat and drink and watch the game from the comfort of your hotel. I've stayed here several times and I would take this hotel over the doubletree downtown in a heartbeat. Only good thing about doubletree is you can walk to pretty much anything downtown. The rooms were immaculate, the bed is very soft and when I come back, I'll make sure to go to the bar and even the little restaurant that they have for food. It's in a great location to a lot of local eateries and they have their own garage where you can park and have In-N-Out access using your hotel card key. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. I will definitely recommend choosing this particular hotel for up-and-coming graduates and to basically have access to what Manchester New Hampshire has to offer.

The lounge stayed equipped with snacks 24/7. Breakfast was available from 7am. The pictures I looked at showed a jacuzzi, so I was expecting one but all they had was a pool. Pool is spacious and heated. The gym area was quick spacious with number treadmills, bikes, and elipicals available for use. The parking lot was $15 and on the cheaper side for Hilton parking prices which allowed in/out access.

Love that they have wall-mounted soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner - I find it far more efficient than the small bottles or individually wrapped bars of soap that dry out your skin. We feared that it would be noisy but amazingly enough it wasn't, though we were in room 518, directly located across from the elevators. We used the Hilton Honors app to choose room 401 (in a corner) with a digital key but somehow that fell through. We dealt with it. I agree with a fellow reviewer that the room is compact in size, but for us, decent enough to crash instead of going home an hour away after a late night.

We were assigned a handicap room we didn't request, and the front desk refused to change it, blaming the booking site. When Hotwire called them directly, they still refused. So they lied. My son's room smelled like urine and animals. Even our 3-year-old granddaughter was gagging and said, "This room smells bad." While calling for help, I sat at the desk and saw a bunch of ants crawling across the desk and chair. Completely disgusting--and we have video proof. We reported this, and the manager brushed us off with, "We'll check it." No apology. No concern. We called Even Hotel customer service and waited over 90 minutes, only to be disconnected. When we requested a callback, no one ever called us back. Finally, Hotwire had to step in again, and only then did the hotel refund us and return our deposit. But that refund doesn't make up for the stress, aggravation, and hours lost. We had a small child with us and nowhere to go. We spent hours trying to find another hotel. Our granddaughter didn't sleep until 10 p.m., visibly upset and exhausted. We should be compensated further for what this did to our family. This was not just an inconvenience--it was an emotional and physical disruption. Avoid Even Hotel at all costs.

Not to mention I stayed on the ground floor and apparently there was a car that decided to park right outside of my windows with their lights on for hours in the middle of the night. The blinds were not adequate enough to stop the light to come through. I tried calling the front desk, but apparently there is nobody at the desk between 1 AM and 3 AM or something like that at certain times of the year I'm assuming the low season. There are better options around I would not stay again.

I liked that they had a little shop next to check in to purchase snacks and they gave us a free bottle of water upon check in. Very close to everything, great location. Even so, it was an excellent stay overall, and I would happily return. UPDATE: Came back to the hotel this afternoon and found a beautiful Christmas tree with a little village underneath it!!!!
