So apparently this hotel has decided that Queen size beds (which are known to be 60" wide 80" long)…read moreare not actually that and they can just mislabel and gaslight their guests! I came into my room and saw rather small looking queens and used my measuring app only to find out the beds are 54" wide NOT 60". Went down to ask since my booking stated I would have 2 queens and they proceeded to say that the beds are in fact queen beds even though that is COMPLETE bullshit and they are in fact FULL-Sized (54" wide 80" long by national standard) Really didn't appreciate being lied to about what I am paying for and then them attempting to gaslight me rather than taking ownership for their lies. Oh also more false advisement: they don't actually have a working pool even though they have pictures of it on their website.

WARNING: WOMEN ARE NOT SAFE HERE! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!…read more From the moment I checked in, this place was a disaster. My room was dirty and sticky, and despite being told housekeeping would clean it the next day, they never did. The entire fourth floor reeked of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel claims to be non-smoking. A few days into my stay, I went to the grocery store for some basic necessities. As I returned with my last load--two cases of sparkling water and a bag of snacks, I stepped into the elevator on the first floor. At the same time, an employee walked out, looking down at his phone. As he passed me, he turned his camera toward me and snapped a picture. I immediately stepped out of the elevator, turned the corner, and asked, "Is there a reason you just took a picture of me?" Instead of responding like a professional, he started screaming at me, calling me crazy, and getting in my face. I'm 5'1"--a young woman traveling alone--yet when I stood up for myself, I was met with aggression. Another employee witnessed the whole thing but did nothing. When I turned to him and asked, "Do you think it's okay for him to speak to me like that?" he just stared blankly. The man who took my picture stormed upstairs, to the same floor I was staying on. Turns out, he lives in the hotel with his wife, which was shocking to me. Moments later, he came back down with his wife and got right back in my face, shaking with rage, screaming at me, and spitting as he yelled. His wife glared at me like her blood was boiling At this point, I was terrified. This man, a hotel manager, looked like he was about to hit me. His wife eventually went back upstairs, but he stayed to mock and intimidate me. When I told him I felt unsafe, he laughed in my face and said I wasn't getting a refund. He offered to switch my room, but knowing he had access to every room, I refused. This place is a complete nightmare. The employees are either scared of losing their jobs or simply don't care, and management acts like they can do whatever they want, including living in the building for free. I filed a police report, but nothing was done. No matter how cheap the rates may seem, DO NOT STAY HERE. If you're a woman traveling alone, especially, pay a little more for your safety and peace of mind.

It was fairly clean though so im not complaining about that. During our 3 day stay we had to get new cards twice. And no, they werent near any phones. They just wouldn't work. The bathroom on the other hand. First the bathroom door wouldn't close at all. There was 4 of us in this room. 2nd the shower was extremely hard to turn on and it was a handicap room so you'd think it would have been easier. The shower wasn't very accessible either as it was a bathtub. The shower head also had mold growing on it. The breakfast was your average breakfast at a hotel. Carton scrambled eggs, corn beef hash (which I have never seen at a hotel breakfast.) It was undercooked though. Bagels, fresh waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, and fruit. So nothing extravagant. Overall id give it 2 stars mainly for the mold, door not closing, and inaccesibility!

This morning trying to make coffee in the rooms coffee maker I discovered it was broken. Getting in the shower I discovered some kind of mold around the door of the shower as well as around the hand railing inside the shower. I checked out at 730am and no staff at desk to report my concerns. I called later from the car, was told by the front desk " thanks for sharing your Concerns" and she hung up. I will never stay there again. DO NOT recommend this hotel.
