A lot of other great reviews are already posted, all for good reason. Two very dedicated owners, Rob & Margit will make your stay like your meeting old friends. We have stayed at quite a few Bed and Breakfast Inn's, none had the many little touches that make you feel so welcomed. In random order; fresh baked cookies, cold soda & water, chips & PowerBar, homemade yogurt, gourmet breakfast, comfortable beds, 2 pillows each, nicely decorated rooms, multiple lights, private bathrooms, plenty of off street parking, and a knowledgeable information source from either host. I would highly recommend the Ash Street Inn, especially for the hotel frequent flyers; it's a refreshing alternative.

This place is a MUST! The owners are phenomenal, their hospitality is above and beyond, the rooms are Immaculate, and breakfast was delicious. This place is good for business travelers, couples, and families. The inn is in a great location, quick walk to many restaurants, services, and grocery store.

Beautiful house and beautiful rooms. Margit and Rob are amazing hosts and we had such a nice time talking to them while enjoying a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Ash Street in for 4 days with my boyfriend and it was a home away from home. Rob and Margit are such thoughtful hosts. The room we stayed in was so well kept and our beds were made daily (which is above and beyond for a B&B). There were cookies and treats everyday and guests have access to coffee, teas, hot chocolate, beers and much more. The building itself has so many beautiful details and character and you can tell the hosts takes pride in the place. Breakfast was also 10/10 every morning. They have homemade yogurt and bread! Highly recommend this gem for anyone traveling to Manchester or Concord area in NH.

Prefect B&B in Manchester. Our hosts were wonderful. So inviting. Eric gave us a tour of the place when we arrived. Our room was nicely appointed, containing a four post bed and gas fireplace. Fresh baked goods are always on hand, from a variety of scones, to oatmeal cookies. They also offer free coffee from a Keurig, with quite a few varieties. Fridge is stocked with soda and water and other goodies, all available to guests. Breakfast is the shining jewel here. Eggs to order. Buttermilk pancakes with warm syrup. Bacon, sausage, toast. Juice and coffee. It was our favorite part and one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. I highly recommend this B&B should you find yourself in Manchester.

Beautiful place to stay, the owners were great and the food was phenomenal. Everything was fully stocked and well thought out. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice bed and breakfast!

Completely Unacceptable -- Dirty Room, Lies, and No Support…read more Our stay at Even Hotel was disgraceful. We were assigned a handicap room we didn't request, and the front desk refused to change it, blaming the booking site. When Hotwire called them directly, they still refused. So they lied. My son's room smelled like urine and animals. Even our 3-year-old granddaughter was gagging and said, "This room smells bad." While calling for help, I sat at the desk and saw a bunch of ants crawling across the desk and chair. Completely disgusting--and we have video proof. We reported this, and the manager brushed us off with, "We'll check it." No apology. No concern. We called Even Hotel customer service and waited over 90 minutes, only to be disconnected. When we requested a callback, no one ever called us back. Finally, Hotwire had to step in again, and only then did the hotel refund us and return our deposit. But that refund doesn't make up for the stress, aggravation, and hours lost. We had a small child with us and nowhere to go. We spent hours trying to find another hotel. Our granddaughter didn't sleep until 10 p.m., visibly upset and exhausted. We should be compensated further for what this did to our family. This was not just an inconvenience--it was an emotional and physical disruption. Avoid Even Hotel at all costs.

An airport hotel 4 ni split stay that I toggled between 2 & 3 stars on... allow me to explain…read more Buckle up! Rate 2 Room 3 Service 2 Location 3 Amenities 1 Cleanliness 4 Room was running an insane $179/ni cash (this particular hotel, in current state, is worth $100 tops) or the standard 15k points. They tell ya rooms start at 7500 points nightly but I've yet to find one at 7500 points, even with cash pricing as low as $50/ni. This property was the closest to our destination. When I went to lock the booking, the King room was no longer available for the full saty. So, I dropped to just pre-departure. Later, the King was also available on arrival, so, I booked it separately. On arrival, a staff was present at the desk, physically, if not emotionally. We were asked for a credit card for the security deposit, not typical with a points stay but figured it was a location thing. Then, they hard charged the card & I had to call it. Thankfully, it was an easy call - the day staff refunded the card which, turns out, shouldn't have been needed with the points stay after all. A sign at the elevator said to excuse the mess as they're renovating. At no time was there any sign of anyone actively working on the property- tho our room, 420, did appear to be partially renovated at some point - there are parts that appear to be baymont and parts that appear to be super 8 - the things that make a super 8 a super 8, such as the statement art above the bed, are notably absent. Bedding was Super 8 style but well-worn. The carpet looked newer tho coming up at the transition point. The room was clean, with stained shower floor/ wall. Breakfast was laughable at best. Coffee was brewing & apple/orange juice cocktail machine with only apple working. Options: Thawed previously frozen waffles, a few slices of white bread, a toaster set to cremate and choice of jelly to top with - no syrup, no peanut butter, no other bread options. There were 2 cold cereal containers with crushed cereal in them & a jar of milk (presumably) in a bowl of ice. No refrigerator in the area. There was a microwave and some dry oatmeal packets with no water available. Essentially you could have thawed waffles or white bread with jelly. No yogurt, eggs, or anything else, seriously. We, went out day 1 & brought our items to the room the ni before each ni for next morning. The day staff was at the end of her rope, reasonably so. They were sold out, extremely busy, and it looked like understaffed. She was constantly bombarded by patrons who, despite her answering would constantly ask the same questions. (She's also the one that resolved the credit card issue.) Check-out was a breeze & at 60k points, I'm not mad about the stay. I'd stay again if necessary but would look definitely look for a better option first. We're platinum & booked direct, using points.

Definitely not an upscale hotel, but it did the job. Some of the rooms have been renovated (ours…read morewas). On the website, it says that they have a shuttle, but they don't actually have it anymore. The breakfast consists of bread, tangerines, pancakes/waffles, frosted flakes, and Twix. Apparently, people would stockpile the breakfast items so there would hardly be anything left. I would use the creamer for my coffee only to have a glob of rotten cream fall in. Yum. I mentioned it to the staff, but they would add it back the next day. Finally, on our last day, they put out fresh creamer. They were strict about ending breakfast at 10:00 am--they need to be stricter about people hoarding the food.

The hotel is older, rundown when compared to the Hampton Inn in Manchester. We changed rooms three times the first day - heater wasn't working properly in the first room and the night stand fell off the wall in the second. Dark mold was everywhere in the shower and was gross. My boyfriend and I initially booked for one night and decided to add on a night to our reservation since it wasn't looking like we could return to our apartment. I notified the evening front desk of our plan to add on a night to our reservation. He was very nice, wore a Carhartt hat and informed me that we wouldn't have to check out since it'll be added on to our current reservation but would need to stop by the front desk at some time the next day to get updated key cards. Since I was the person who booked the hotel, I asked if they would be able to give the updated room cards to my boyfriend who gets out of work several hours before I do. He wrote my boyfriends name who is staying with me and said it shouldn't be a problem. Fast forward the next day, my boyfriend was denied entry into our room. Jay, who was present for the conversation I had at the front desk with the other hotel staff the night before, said since he did not book the room, he cannot give my boyfriend the key to the room where all our belongings are. My boyfriend's name was on the hotel reservation, I called the hotel, spoke with Jay, and informed him this has been settled the night before. I am a registered nurse and work long hours, my boyfriend would've been sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hours until I got out of work. Even so, denied entry to a room we paid for with all our stuff still in the room. Jay told me we were supposed to check out that morning and recheck back in the next day and that I needed to be present to receive the key cards. All of this opposite of what I was told and confirmed last night. He requested I fill out an authorization form, to be emailed to me, with my credit card number for incidentals. This took away from my work. After our two night stay, we still needed hotel accommodations, we checked out and spent several nights at the Hampton Inn in Manchester, it ended up being much nicer.
