The rooms were very clean as well as the building inside and outside. The staff was friendly and honest. When I left some items in the room during checkout I called, and they were retrieved and left in the front desk for me to pick them up but initially were offered to be mailed to me. That is awesome and I don't know of any hotel that would go the extra mile like that. The only complaint was from the breakfast department from my children. They stated that the muffins tasted like medicine, lol! Regardless we will definitely be back. read more

I've stayed at this hotel 2 times in the last 2 months. In May of 2024 I left my favorite half zip pull over. In July when visiting again I asked about it knowing it was probably lost forever. But one of the hotel staff, "Donna" thoroughly looked through their lost and found and FOUND IT!! Additionally this hotel is clean and friendly. Lobby was very clean and inviting. The room itself was very clean as well. I loved that the bathroom had hand soap and not just the small bar soap. Front desk staff was very helpful with answering what probably seemed like silly questions we had. My only complaint is the pillows were atrocious. Way too thin and no support. We had stayed here in the past with not the best impression. I wasn't excited to be staying here. But it was going on 9:00pm after a long rainy highway drive. My impression changed very quickly. This room was CLEAN. Bedroom and bathroom both utterly spotless. The bathroom had a slight musty smell at first but that may have been my kids. Breakfast was pretty nice. An employee was enforcing glove wearing in the buffet area. I don't hate it. Nice quick selection of cereals, waffle mix ins, juice and pastries. The only thing taking away from this stay was the super loud a/c unit. In this day and age can't something be done about units that sound like there's a car parked in the room?! Sadly I'm used to it and don't even hope for a quieter unit. read more

After about an hour of leaving I realized I left my grandmothers Ruby ring. The importance of this I can not even explain. I called immediately and asked if it was found. It was not... my heart was broken. I called again and said I would drive back and look. After about 40 minutes they called back and they had found it in the drain. ( I had told them it was in the bathroom) no matter how they found it I was over joyed. Not to many people would continue looking but they did. The efforts will always be remembered. I love Hilton. I always have.... don't know what I was expecting in Marietta but the property was top notch. Staff was awesome, accommodations rocked. Close to Kroger (walking distance) and even Kmart for some incidentals. Our room had it's own whirlpool. Bed was super comfy. I loved our stay here. We like to take mini motorcycle weekend rides around Ohio so will we be back soon? Maybe if we get tired along the way from coming somewhere further away....if nothing else, everytime I stay at a Hampton or Hilton property of any kind I remind myself why I became a member. Very very very clean and super nice staff. The breakfast here is the best breakfast I've ever seen at a Hampton Inn. Look at the pictures and you can see how nice it is. Although this was just a random stop when we got sick I'm driving I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Easy off the highway. read more

My parents and I stopped here for an overnight stay on our way to Florida from Cleveland area. It's conveniently located off I77. There are a few options for lodging but I'm glad we chose this place. My room was very nice and clean. My bed was so comfy, just wish the pillows were a bit bigger but not a big deal. The room had a fridge and microwave which I did not use. Tv was a nice flat screen. There is a pool and fitness center which I didn't use. I did however take advantage of the breakfast served from 6 to 10 am. Wow! Delicious and so many options!! Juice, coffee hot tea station; fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels/English muffin/mini bakery items/ toast with butter jelly cream cheese and peanut butter. There is hot oatmeal with toppings, a waffle station, eggs and potatoes. The coffee was very good and they offer various creamers and sugar. I loved those eggs! So soft with cheese and ham! Great breakfast for a long drive ahead of us. Sandy the breakfast attendant was such a delight! So friendly and glad to answer questions and help with anything you needed. Thanks Sandy! The only downside was no free wifi for non Hilton members. Mehhh oh well everything else was great so can't complain too much. My parents and I were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. read more

I had to travel to Marietta on an extreme emergency basis, a family member had been ill and I was notified they were in the operating room. I live the Harrisburg PA area, and the reservation process was flawless, and when I arrived at 3am in the morning I was concerned when the lot was full. No worries, they were expecting me, had my room keys ready and I did not have to sign ANYTHING, I just went to my room and attempted to catch 3 hours of sleep so I could be at the hospital 1st thing. Rooms are no-frills, but clean, nicely appointed (bed linens and pillows) and the bathroom was spotless. They were wonderful about my constantly changing/check out date, and made a horrible situation a tenable one. Parking was easy, and the continental breakfast was nice, had hot dishes such as scrambled eggs, etc. I would easily stay here again. They offer a special rate to folks in my situation, and each and every staff person I encountered was helpful and friendly. read more

Want to change your reservation from one type of bed to another, should be easy as a phone call right? Wrong. Non-waivable fee, and told to cancel and rebook the reservation. What? Still waiting to see it this gets resolved after complaining. In the mean time, this is the kind of institutionalized bad service that portends all around bad experience and poor service. Toilet not clean upon arrival. Still toilet paper in it. Not too sure what cleanliness means but far from it here. Asked for a late check out, with the answer was no. Only asked for one extra hour and still was not allowed. So my day was cut short. More an inconvenience and me being a baby sounds like, but one hour. Come on. read more

The desk worker decided it would be a good idea to insult me. Upon checking to see if a room was available I asked for a government employee rate. He told me I was not eligible. I asked him how he was making that determination and he said government employees did not work on weekends. I challenged his logic and he continued to show his ignorance. Wow! This is the nicest hotel in the area and very often booked to capacity, so plan ahead. That might change as there is a new hotel going in next door, but for now this is the only hotel I will recommend to out of town guests. All the other ones are pretty old and awful looking. read more

This is the nicest property. Wonderful beds, lots of pillows and the staff is so kind. Just a really pleasant place to stay. This place is amazing. We had to travel at last minute on family emergency. We had originally booked a diifferant hotel and needed to change due to the dismal conditions of that place. They got us in right away. Staff was sooo nice room was very very very clean. kids really enjoyed the pool. My niece is lactose intolerate and the even arranged for here to have eggs made with no milk so she could have something for breakfast. We will definitely be getting all of my business from now on read more
