Each year our church takes a trip from Ohio to Tennessee. We usually go with a different bus…read morecompany, but that company was booked so we chose Coach USA, Park Tours. The bus that picked us up was filthy inside. Dirt was everywhere, a side window was cracked clear across and the seats had so much dirt/dust in them, when you sat down a plume of dust rose into the air (no joke). Then, the heater breaks down and it was a very cold morning. We ended up switching buses due the the heater. The second bus was just a dirty and had a tire out of balance. We felt like we were in a blender the whole time. After the trip, complaints were made to the company due to the cleanliness of the buses, the delay we experienced and the condition of the equipment, tire out of balance, etc. There was no compensation made. The manager stated they "lived up to their end of the contract by getting to and from our destination." And to top it off, it cost us $800 more than the company we usually use, and this year, the fuel costs were at least $1 cheaper per gallon. Do not use this company.
