I don't have one bad thing to say! We stayed here twice in 5 days and both times the experience was great! Our first stay we checked in using the app after midnight, smooth process, we walked in and went straight up to our room. The second stay we checked in again using the app and again, seamless . There was even a water bottle left with my name printed on it saying welcome back. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. We even pulled out the extra blanket in the closet, we like the sleep cool and it was perfect. Great hotel and great location right off of McCain. read more

Check in with Stacee was great! She was friendly and cheerful the whole time. Gave us information about breakfast, hours, etc. She offered us free water bottles! Quick, kind, efficient check in. Room was a handicapped room but it worked. Comfortable, lots of room. Outlets on both bedside tables. Hotel is located in the McCain mall. Follow the small signs to the parking lot! There are a lot of food options nearby, as well as plenty of shopping. Hallways clean and well lit. Breakfast had many options; fruit, bread, bagels, potatoes. Very good free breakfast. Serving meat replacement instead of sausage is bad enough. Had to be traveling super bowl weekend and was looking forward to enjoying the game and commercials. Got checked into the room and explored the TV to find the game. There it was on the guide. Right next to Fox News. Selected the channel to find a black screen and message saying the channel was off the air. Fox News looked okay. Went to grab dinner and front desk informed me they didn't have the contract for that channel. Would have looked for a different hotel had I known. Must have been why there were so few guests overnight . Next time in Little Rock I'll find lodging elsewhere. read more

Good location. Lots of places to eat around. Room was nice. Floors need to be deep cleaned. After 5 minutes of walking around our feet were black. Gross! So maybe steam clean the carpets. Our 1st encounter at check in wasn't great. Hubby checked us in with Shawn who was not friendly at all. Had an attitude. Hampton Inn McCain Mall, Over the years we have been stopping at this hotel and somehow they stay up with the modern bright trend and tops in cleanliness! Normally most hotels will have a brightly lit lobby and when you get to your floor or room it feels darker, but not here!! You walk down the hallway and they have modern and daylight type lighting, which somehow makes you feel happier going into your room! The bedroom and baths are nice, bright & modern and clean!! The bath/showers are free of moldy areas and you can clearly see that as the lighting is bright. Also, as you step in your room, everything smells clean! I cannot say how much this means to me!! We were greated by staff and acknowledged as Hilton Reward members and offered our bottle waters. The only thing I was disappointed in this trip was that we stayed at the Hilton down the street our first night, and was so disappointed, but my husband was impressed by it's breakfast reviews of fresh made omelettes. He was not impressed with Hampton's breakfast and the breakfast meat was not labeled so didn't know what you were eating. Also, would be nice to have a Wheat Bread option for those with dietary needs. For me the oatmeal was just sitting in water and did not look appetizing at all, I figured this is Arkansas and southerners should know how to make oatmeal but was disappointed in it here. Also, if cheddar cheese or some type of ham option could be offered, that may help for breakfast. We did appreciate having picante & mustard packets available. Three years later since our first stay and so happy that we chose this place to rest on our way back to Dallas. We broke up our drive and spent one night here. The staff was very friendly, the room was spotless, fresh and stocked with clean neatly displayed towels and wash cloths. Neatly displayed soaps, conditioner and shampoo. When we checked in by the sweet and helpful staff, we got free waters with the cutest stickers and fresh cookies. The breakfast was just ok but it was fully stacked with lots to choose from. I enjoyed the hot teas and coffees. Highly recommend if you are on this side of town. read more

The Hampton Inn we stayed at was wonderful. Clean room, lobby, landscaping, parking. Great front desk service. Just one complaint. It seems majority of hotels we have stayed at are not Sleep Friendly. In other words, the beds are not comfortable for folks our age. Seniors. They are hard, stiff. When you wake up in the morning, your back hurts enough that you need a pain killler. Hampton Inns really need to Offer Softer beds. OR, provide clients with a Foam Pad in the Special Requirements section. the primary purpose of hotel stays is to Sleep. Everything else was great. read more

So I had the great opportunity to stay at this Hilton location for 40ish somewhat days. I really enjoyed myself. Amanda's entire staff made it feel like home away from home. From Parker, Stacy, Tash, and everybody else at the front desk would always great me when seen no matter what time it was. The cooks in the morning would always provide a great big smile and say hello before I grab my food. The housekeepers were always so cheerful and kept my room in killer status. Must say I was here for that unusual cold front that caused the Iced roads and snowstorm during a span of 1 1/2 weeks. Everyone helped and looked out one another ... "I could feel the Aloha in the air" Oh yeah, even got the opportunity to meet the owner as well. He was so nice and seemed very warm hearted. I loved my stay here for one night. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great since I usually travel with my pup (you have to pay the pet fee). The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself was also clean. This hotel chain is my favorite to stay during my stay anywhere in the U.S. The breakfast servings are enormous, and there are plenty of options. They are open from 6 am-10 am. My room at this Hampton Inn looked exactly like the website photos and I was both surprised and pleased. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels. I was in town for a family event so I didn't get to enjoy many of the hotel's amenities but the only thing I wished I'd made time for was the indoor pool. The morning breakfast was standard for Hilton hotels. This hotel's location is great in general but because it's set behind other buildings getting in an out can take a little patience. Check-in and Check-out were both super easy and fast; digital check in is available as well. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. read more

This was a typical (albeit incredibly clean) hampton inn. The reviews made it seem so much more. The employees are nice and the hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Something to note, there is no Alcohol for sale in there small convenience area. There is no electric charger, but they do have an outlet near the back door (if you can get the space). No Red Hot Moments here. The room was a already a cooler 72. (Not warm and stuffy) and the A/C worked for well. It was peaceful stay and I'm glad we followed the reviews. read more

Small clean hotel. I was on the road for 9 hours and the clerk behind the counter had an issue with the way I took my credit card back. I said I was sorry but it didn't satisfy the individual. I received and gave no grace. The small clean room had a click lock like plastic flooring on the bathroom. I really like the flooring but it is buckling next to the bathtub. The building has no restaurant or bar. There are a few typically bad restaurants within walking distance for me. I have bad hips and back. read more

This hotel used to be a favorite of mine as my family and I drive through Arkansas multiple times during the year. Unfortunately, I find their fitness center to be too poorly constructed! Other hotels have an AC in their fitness center but this one does not and has no vents to allow any cool air to be blown in. On the night of 6/19, it felt like the temp was 85 in there and all the front desk clerk said was "there's nothing I can do about it." Beyond the breakfast just being mediocre, I observed the morning clerk not even looking up to engage a patron who was trying to make conversation with her. When we entered the Hampton Inn, North Little Rock, we were greeted by Shay which was best welcome st a hotel I've received my whole life. Shay also remembered my name as said hello the next day. The whole 4 day visit was great. Everyone who worked at the front desk had great greeting and hospitality skills. The hotel snack shop saved us our first night, as that's where we purchased dinner. All of the local restaurants were closed by the time we returned from running errands out in the city...LOL there were also complementary warm and delicious oatmeal raisin cookies at the counter in the evenings. Not only that, there's a complementary coffee station in the lobby. I visited it a couple of times during my visit. There were different roasts of coffee available along with an assortment of teas and everything you needed to make the perfect cup. My hotel room was spacious, clean and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, desk, two ottomans and the other basics like plenty of towels, iron and ironing board... I was truly impressed with the room and it was more than what I expected. Hampton inn, North Little Rock will be my designated hotel every time I visit this city. read more

Professional staff - very nice. The hotel was very clean. The room was nice. The king bed was great. However.... The internet was out the entire time I was there. I tried to call the front desk to report the outage but they couldn't hear me so they hung up. Apparently my room phone wasn't working either. Breakfast was your standard hotel hot breakfast - nothing fancy. For the price that I paid I was disappointed. Amazing! Shay and the rest of the staff is great! I enjoyed my stay here from start to finish. The hospitality and effort the staff puts into making you feel gone away from home is second to none. Lobby looks newly renovated. Coffee station 24hrs is also well maintained. Rooms were just as clean. The finishes were really nice and maintained. The staff does a really great job at keeping the hotel clean. So if I haven't harped enough on how clean the place is.. it's clean haha The hotel is within a 11 minute walk to the Mccain mall or a 2 minute uber/lyft. The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants as well. Want to stay fit? The place has its own fitness center but always gives you a 3 day pass to the LA fitness 30 feet away. No one gives you a hard time. Location is very convenient if you're looking o get to downtown Little Rock as well. An Uber/Lyft will cost you roughly $9. I will not be staying anywhere else on my future visits to Arkansas/ Little Rock / North Little Rock. read more

Nice Hotel! We would definitely stay here again. The front desk people are friendly and helpful making check in easy. We were offered a bottle of cold water which was much appropriated. Our room was clean and comfortable. Even the tv remote was sanitized and in a plastic bag. They had breakfast, it was ok. Your usuals. When we checked out, we even got a bag with a water, breakfast bar, muffin and an apple. Plus, she gave us two cold waters for now. All in all it was a great stay. Oh! Wow, read the reviews but they didn't do it justice. The hotel is a hidden gem. Quiet part of town, ample parking. Breakfast included and a snack from 5-7. Cookies, water and other treats for guests. Heated pool, fitness room and for Hilton Honors members a complimentary 3 day pass to the LA Fitness next door. Staff was so friendly, there was a bottle of water in my room with my name on it and a letter with my name on it that outlined the hotel services. I haven't stayed in many Hampton Inns, but this was the best one by far. Very clean & nice amenities! Colorful decor with modern updates. Very well-lit with numerous recessed lighting fixtures. Halls are bright. Heaviest (secure) room doors I've seen. Great breakfast & good coffee. Nice sitting area outside the front entrance by the water. Upon checking in, we were greeted with a friendly smile. The woman joked around with us & was the best reception we received during our 5 day trip (3 different hotels). I wish I had gotten her name. One thing that made the stay extra special was the bottle of water in the room with my name on it, welcome letter with my name, and my name on the tv. Small touches that I haven't experienced at other hotels that go a long way! They also include a complementary 3-day pass at the gym next door. Wow! Can't beat the rate for this hotel! read more

I stayed here as a pit stop on a trip home from a conference. In my experience, Hampton Inns can be hit or miss. Some have nice pictures on the website, but are old and smell funny. Others are newer and a great deal. This one is the latter. I love that it even still has a "new" smell. My room was very spacious, well-designed, and clean. The management left me a personalized message and water bottle (similar to pictures posted by others). I'm not sure if they do this for everyone or just Honors members, but it's little things like this that keep me loyal to Hilton hotels. One thing that stood out to me: the AC unit is so quiet! Trying to fall asleep with that loud whirring in the background has been one of those inevitable things I've come to accept at hotels, but here that's not an issue! My bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was about what you expect for a Hampton Inn... nothing extraordinary, but they have lots of options and it's free. This hotel is at a nice location near restaurants and stores, with easy access to a highway that quickly takes you back to I-40. If I ever stay in Little Rock again, I'll come back here! read more

Just pulled into this hotel late while passing through, had to write a review before falling asleep because I'm so blown away! We are on a road trip from CA to GA and make pretty long hauls, booked the room around 7pm and called to them know we'll be in late - around midnight. The gal on the phone was super nice and wished us a safe drive in, my husband said I should've been more chatty since she was so friendly (it's been a few long days- sorry if I'm a little grumpy). We usually pick Hampton Inns and expect good service and average accommodations. This location knocks it out of the park! Decorated for Valentine's Day, wraps around the water bottles, great smelling lobby (and hotel), friendly welcome, candy mints everywhere (and a few cookies were even left out for us!) you can just tell they go above and beyond. Hallways are lit very well, rooms are updated all painted white with grey furniture, fresh bathrooms and well stocked. I expect an average Hampton Inn when I pull into the parking lot (usually all fine and the stay is comfortable) but this location is stellar. We'll be leaving first thing in the morning but if I'm ever planning to stay in Little Rock this is where I'll stay! read more

A very nice place that still has that "new hotel" smell. It was in a nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants, and only 10 miles from the Little Rock Air Force Base. The room was quiet and comfortable as were the bed and pillows. The bathroom was especially nice with the beautiful walk-in shower. Wi-fi was spotty and the breakfast was okay but the lobby/eating area was very nice. The one knock I would give the place is how hard it is to get into the parking lot. From McCain Blvd, there are 5 or so driveways that look like you can get in, but only one works. A sign on the road would be nice. read more

I just can't say enough good things about this Hampton Inn. My husband and I both travel for work, so we stay in our fair share of hotels thru out the year and the staff at this hotel makes this our best stay ALWAYS. We stay here at least 4-6 times a year, as it is right down the road from my mother in-law's nursing home and every time we walk thru the door we are greeted with friendly welcome back and a warm smile (and cookies). Shay, the receptionist, is the BEST!!! Hilton should send people to her for training, because she is a shining example of finding joy and happy in your job. Angela, the general manager, is equally as awesome. She will personally email to follow up on our visits and takes the time to thank and celebrate her staff. I'm a firm believer that people don't leave companies, they leave bosses so I can definitely understand why they have so little turnover. The amenities at the hotel are great too. The rooms are clean, fresh, and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is yummy (take time to make a waffle), and the extra added touches are awesome. Like the personalized water bottles in check in, the cute stickers on any notes they leave, and the Saran wrapped fruit available in the lobby. Those extra touches keep us coming back visit after visit. Don't miss out, if you ever find yourself in North Little Rock and need a hotel. read more

Miranda checked my mom and I in about 4 hours earlier than normal check in time and even moved us around so our rooms would be closer together. She solved every problem we came up with (even helped me find my phone I had left on top of my car!!!) and kept us laughing and smiling! This was literally the number one experience I have had at ANY hotel and I do travel frequently. The little extras like the "make your own trail mix bar" and all day coffee bar were much appreciated and they decorated everything in such a cute way. I will definitely be back. read more
