My husband and I stayed there September 26, 2025. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dirty. The caulk around the tub needs to be cleaned. There was an upholstered chair in the room. There were spots all over the chair. There were spots on the carpet in the room. The hotel is located near the Seneca landfill. It does smell. This hotel is located next to the town landfill. With a rate of $300, our room had a view of the landfill. The woman who checked me in was very pleasant, so I overlooked the landfill, and made no complaint, telling myself it was only one night. I am a Hilton Honors member. There was no bottled water in the room. In the morning, I asked Larkin, the new person behind the desk, for water, explaining that I needed to take medication. She said I could purchase water for $3. I repeated my need, but Larkin held firm, despite the fact I was a member of Hilton's loyalty program. There was no water available at the breakfast bar. Clearly they were determined to get that extra $3 out of every customer. I could tell by the glint in her eye that Larkin expected me to cave and cough up the additional $3. I am pushing 70 and I'd already disclosed the fact I have medical issues. Frankly, I could have afforded the $3, but I'm a tough old bird and would sooner have had a third heart attack right there in that lobby rather than give that prissy snot the satisfaction of beating the $3 out of the old lady. I won't return. If you decide to stay there anyway, be sure to travel with your own water bottle. Don't expect any free refills! read more

The room was really nice. I love that they use Neutrogena toiletries. Beds were very comfy - and everything was clean. The only major disappointment was breakfast. While they had pre-made smoothies as an option, the other food was mediocre at best. Eggs were pretty bad, and the "sausage" was off-putting. I tried making a blueberry waffle... again just not good. The smoothies, after a few minutes, were getting warm. I know they were on a cooling rack, but they really needed to be in the fridge. This hotel is next to a massive landfill that smells like rotting potpourri that is actually offensive and makes me queasy. I work in the hotel industry and I honestly feel for this property because it's not in their control but my god this location is awful. Stay elsewhere if you can, or if you can't smell because of COVID-19 side effects then you'll be okay. The room itself is nothing to write home about, other Hampton Inn's are nicer. There's no staff here because it's so severely unoccupied because of the landfill. The pool is closed too. So yea heads up about that horrifying landfill that you can see from your room. If I was working here I'd block my very small amount of arrivals on the side of the hotel that doesn't face the landfill! read more

A general standard business Hampton Inn. I am a Hilton Gold member & I have stayed in many Hampton Inn all over the country. If you need a decent bed, a warm shower, and hot coffee plus a simple breakfast then it's ok. There is a small indoor pool. The staff are friendly although the check-in staff did not acknowledge my Hilton status. Oh well. You probably do not want to stay here for too many nights. It was not terrible stay but the property is showing it's age plus there is a county garbage dump located very nearby. Do not go out at night, you will surely smell the awful odor. As Hampton Inns go, this one is on par with the others. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. The grounds are kept nicely. The staff was very friendly. The only thing worth commenting is that they're not within walking distance of a restaurant other than fast food. They are a quick drive from downtown Geneva. My room was clean. Internet service is OK. Not lightning fast, but not too slow either. They have a pool and fitness center. The fitness center has 3 Precor treadmills, an elliptical and cycle as well as free weights. Breakfast Hampton style includes eggs, meat (today was maple sausage), cereal, pastries and breads, yogurt, peel your own hardboiled eggs, and fruit. Also make your own waffles. read more

A pretty good Hampton Inn, typical of most of the chain, clean and comfy, offering a free breakfast and a few amenities like a pool and workout space. We found our room spotless, the beds very comfortable, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Our fourth floor room was quiet; we heard almost nothing of or neighbors during the night (and the hotel was sold out). The hotel has a free shuttle to the nearby casino. It's a good service which we used, but we had difficulties with a rather lazy desk clerk who told us the shuttle would leave momentarily then kept repeating that for the next 15 minutes as we waited. The hotel is bright, clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. But my goodness, it's less than a mile from the Seneca landfill and I'm resisting the urge to hurl. My room only faintly smells, probably because I'm in a room as far away from it as possible. Great STAY!!! I had to get off of the highway because of horrible rain after a long day of driving. Did not have a reservation. I just walked in. Front Desk staff was friendly and quick to welcome me. He....sorry I forgot your name.... got me all checked in and gave me directions to my room. Stopped by the desk to ask a question about where to eat in the area. Front desk man gave me a great place to go and directions on how to get there. They offer free breakfast which had a variety of things to eat. The nearby town is quaint and sleepy. Small town feel which I really enjoyed. Everyone was friendly. My sister and niece and I stayed her and were treated so nice. Roseanne made us feel at home. She and all her staff was always polite and willing to help with whatever we needed. Also Roseanne provided us with many great places to visit. All of this was done with a last minute reservation that had left us stranded. I can not say enough how thankful I was for the hospitality. This was a great experience! We love Hampton Inn's and were driving through the area. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and they offered all the wonderful amenities one would expect from a Hampton Inn. What really set Seneca Falls apart was what happened after our stay, and our stay really was awesome, when I called about a few important items that we left behind. We are Marriot rewards members, but we needed a hotel to stay for one night during Easter Sunday. It was late at night and we stumbled onto this Hampton Inn, so we pulled over and stayed the night. I guess it did the trick. The room was fine for one night and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was underwhelming. There were only three hard boiled eggs and I found only one packet of sugar in the whole breakfast area. The shower water was lukewarm, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan. My husband and I just stayed here with our three young boys. The customer service was wonderful, the rooms and hotel were very clean and our boys enjoyed the warm pool. My husband had to take continuing education classes at NYCC on the day of checkout and they gave us a late and very accommodating check out. What better way to begin than by walking in on Christmas Eve eve to find there are warm cookies and hot cocoa -with marshmallows and whipped cream, waiting. Our front desk receptionist was incredibly helpful and expedient upon check in but also suggested a great local place to grab a bite ...and a pint. The room was clean, the bathroom as well. The beds are firm and the road noise is minimal (considering the room is less than 50yards from the roadway).
