Over the 7 years we have lived in Williamsburg, Chris has fixed two laptops and was honest enough to tell us it was not worth fixing a third. We closed our account and paid approximately $1900 to shred 100 boxes. Now this month rolls around and they're still charging us a storage fee of $275 per month for 100 boxes. I went through three different departments on the phone to try to take care of this and they told me it would probably be another three months before they could close the account. That's three months at $275 a month! For boxes that don't exist...... When I said that that was not acceptable, they hung up on me.

The first time they were out here they were five hours late with no communication, made several measuring mistakes which resulted in 9 holes in our wall and the technician staying until almost midnight. He left the tv not mounted properly for two weeks before he finally came back and still didn't mount the tv properly. We are now out $600 and will need to hire someone else to mount the tv properly. They also accused me of trying to discredit their veteran-owned business by leaving a bad review even tho the pictures speak for themselves. And btw the husband is a combat veteran so that accusation is laughable.
